Even on this rainy day in the early morning, there were less people about, but just enough for the sidewalks to be brimming with activity.

Ka'Cova was roaming the streets of Magix on his own, seeming to try and find some cool in the rain as it fell on his head. At least there was no bright sun so he didn't need his sunglasses. His head filled with toughts and worries that he kept running over and over. Occationally looking up or at least paying attention to his surroundings to prevent being run over himself.

Along the way he stopped and saw a young woman tapping the edge of the sidewalk with her cane. Observing for a few moments before he walked over to her. Thinking a few moments to gather his words before speaking up "E... Excuse me.. Miss" he spoke slowly as he adressed her "c-could.. I... H-help... Y-you?" He tried to speak without stammer, yet failed pretty badly. This only made him more uneasy as he hesitantly waited for her awnser

Nimueh paused as she heard a set of footsteps approaching her. She brought a hand up to her face, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. As a voice- a nervous one, she guessed by the stutter- offered her help, she felt breath caught in her throat, but she forced it down and looked the stranger's way. "Well, I was er- making my way over to the city Library." She motioned ahead of her.

"Perhaps, well maybe- you could accompany me there?" She suggested- "though um, if it's all right could you try not to navigate me? I'm, well, I'm trying to find my way around here." She lowered gaze and gave a small shrug, unsure if it sounded like an odd request to someone who she had accepted help from.

Ka'Cova let out a soft sigh of relief as she didn't mention or seemed to find his stammer entertaining. His armor would give off some noice as well as he approached her "the... Lib.. Brary" he spoke slowly, trying to keep his speech in control but failed as usual "that... I.. Is not... C-close... By" he tried to pick shorter words to minimalise it

As he looked the blind girl over he hesitated a moment before he used his sheated sword to tap on the edge of the sidewalk close to her cane, hoping she'd get the idea of where he was standing. Being ~~lawful stupid~~ a helpfull person he wouldn't mind guiding her "It's... Okay" he spoke slowly as awnser to her request.

She listened to him and as the stuttering persisted, she guessed that there was something more than nerves affecting his speech. Not that it mattered, he was kind enough to stop and the least Nimueh could do was to show her appreciation.

She nodded as he commented on the distance to the library. "I know and you don't have to accompany all the way," She assured him, beginning to straighten up as she gained her confidence. Well- as a small portion of her social awkwardness ebbed away.

Ka'Cova nodded "it... It's.. O.. Okay.." He spoke slowly in reply to her "I.. Don't... M-mind" he gently would move his arm a bit forwards, trying to find a way to have her follow him without him having to speak too much or too long words

"W-will y-you f... Follow.. Me.. Or c-can you... Ta.. Take m-my arm?" He asked her after a minute silence to gather his mind into forming the single long sentance. He found it a bit easier to speak but still his stammer was very easy to notice or even get annoyed by.

"I'll just take your arm," Nimueh said, sparing the gentleman the complications that would arise if she tried to follow him. She lifted a hand gingerly before her and searched for it, delicately resting her fingers near his elbow.

"If I'm not mistaken, hopefully I shouldn't be, I'm counting three road crossings before we need to take a turn." Nimueh said as she moved ahead, paying close attention to the man's body language to tell her if there was an upcoming obstacle.

"I'm uh- Nimueh by the way," She smiled nervously as she continued walking.

Ka'Cova let her grasp his elbow, stepping to her side so he could guide her a bit better "o.. Or f-four" he stammered "d-depen.." He tensed up for a moment as he slowly gathered his toughts again before resuming after letting out a soft sigh "ding the.. Route" he stated.

Ka'Cova tried to walk a bit slowly for her, guiding her trough the trafic on the sidewalk the best he could while not trying to pull her too much, evidently he hadn't done this before "Ni... Nimu-eh" he slowly repeated as she introduced herself to him. As he waited for the light to get green on the crossing he gulped softly "K.. Ka.. C-cova" he tried to say, although that name was a good trick for any stammerer.

It would be an odd thing to see, a girl with a red and white cane holding the arm of an armor wearing specialist who held a long sheated blade over his shoulder with his free hand and arm.

"Well- we, umm... Well we could travel via that route but I've only memorised the one route," Nimueh countered, a little confused as to why Ka'Cova would correct her if there was no need to. She dismissed his suggestion and tried to remember her original path.

Three crossings. Left turn. Four crossings. Right turn. Two buildings from the corner.

Satisfied at being able to repeat that over in her head with ease, she now felt compelled to make initiate some form of discussion with Ka'Cova. "So- uh, I take it you're a fighter? Unless that's not armour on your arm?" She asked.

Ka'Cova started walking again as the road was clear for them to cross "just... A... Another... O.. Option" he muttered to himself at her comment about knowing only a single route. He paid attention mostly to the crowd as he tried to guide her trough the more calmer and less dense parts

"I.. Am.." He slowly awnsered as she asked about his armor "b.. But n..not.." He muttered, a great deal of hesitation in his voice as his pace slowed a bit down, doubt gnawing at his mind as he tried to think what good he had done with it or what good at least had come from his actions. So far he missed the turn to the left at the third crossing.
