Oropher knelt by Carter's side as she slipped down. He placed a hand behind her head to offer her support her. All questions regarding anything other than her well-being were pushed aside in that moment. He wanted to do more but he didn't know what to do- He-

"Don't worry, we'll head over there now. Just you and I." He murmured softly as he slowly lifted her up into his arms. He walked as briskly as he could manage without making Carter too uncomfortable.

"Stay with me Carter," Oropher whispered as he reached where he had parked his windrider. "Do you think you can hold onto me whilst I fly us there?" He asked

Carter gave a weak nod. "Y-yeah. I'm sure I can." she mumbled.

"We won't be long" Oropher assured Carter as he sat her down on the windrider before starting up the engine. He only had his helmet, but he gave it to Carter who without a doubt needed it more than he.

With Carter behind him, he rode down the main street carfeully on the way to Lake Roccaluce.

The streets are lined with floats and a marching band. Each float had rainbows upon them, along with those of the same gender atop them. Today was Magix showing their support for the Gay and Lesbian communities.

[Narrative]
A small group of protesters is shouting against the support the city is giving to same gender couples, to great vexation of the vast majority being either indifferent or in favor for it.

The bus would come to a stop near the parade route and Snow would disembark from the bus, watching some of the floats. She glares at some of the protesters, finding their actions rather distasteful, "Bigoted fools."

Zaf looked at the thing going on in front of her and smiled broadly. "Oh wow, I didn't know they had these kind of events here as well!" she exclaimed loudly, completely ignoring the protesters. "Where I come from there is the annual parade also celebrating same gender couples, it's good to see this realm shares the same open mind," she explained to Snow and subconsciously inched somewhat closer to her in order not to lose her in the rather large mob of people gathered to look at the parade.

Snow didn't seem to mind Zaf getting closer to her, it would make it easier to stay together if anything. "Domino used to does these type of parades when I was younger, but they would just use one color. It's amazing how much the cause has advanced. Magix is probably one of the more open minded realms in the dimension. Others are just so closed minded it boggles the mind. Isis feels that way sometimes." Snow answers, her throughout shifting to the golem in the mine.

"Well, the counter point is that Isis is rather young and it has by far the strangest economic system of all the realms I've come across, so I guess they kind of need to be as rigid as they are," Zaf countered Snow's statement, though it did taste bitter. "Don't mistake though, where I come from is very open minded as well, but there are places on Earth where one gets beheaded if they engage in same gender relationships," Zaf explained with some sadness in her voice. "I'm really glad to see this isn't the case here," she said while she looked at a float. The float was a rainbow and below it some couples danced, either boy/boy or girl/girl, looking perfectly in their element and happy with what they were doing. Zaf felt a bit fuzzy on the inside, wishing she would also know her own place so well as those people on the floats seemed to do.

"That's utterly barbaric." The girl shouts in shock, her own face showing the horror in her eyes and the a thinning of her lips reflects her that state at how some on Earth reacted to such thing. She noticed Zaf look at the floats and wished to read her mind, but didn't. She didn't want to violate her friends mind like some witches would do. "Hey, are you alright?"
