Nitpick thread

Hey fellow Winxers, so I am rewatching the entire series and one small thing bugged me to no end. In S1E5 (the one where Stella gets a fake invite from Sky for a date and then gets abducted by the Trix) Anyways, when Stella goes out she is wearing a specially picked outfit. However when we see her snared later in the episode in the mortal coil she is wearing her usual outfit. Assuming the trix don't have a generic Stella outfit just laying around, and Stella being unable to get to her normal clothes one can only wonder how such an error slipped through.

Anyways, did any of you find some continuity errors like these or something else that you've noticed but just doesn't seem to fit?

They probably used some kind of spell on her for that. Darcy can do illusions but I doubt they'd do that because they get literally nothing out of it. But I always thought about that, it was so weird.

I found one thing though in around season 3. When Stella turns the pixies into the girls, Musa's copy pixie (I think it was Piff I forgot) had her purple transformation headphones on which it literally irked me for some reason.

You'd be surprised about the plot holes and error topics we have on the forum actually, and a lot of people have noticed quite a load of them. It's best to check if a topic similar has been made because well.. similar topics have been made. Razz

Plus the fact that there are no language barriers. People in china are speaking italian/english.

In season 1, Alfea was said to run for 5 years, in season 3 it was said that it runs for only 3 years. Either way, the winx are too old.

It was explained Stella was expelled the previous year Lily. That's why she's a year older.

Some of the lines seem so... How should I say this.
They just seem so forward. None of these characters seem to know what tact is.
And is it just me, or is Bloom's parents taking this whole daughter is a fairy thing too well?

"Oh, you're a fairy now, dear? Well that's okay, we're gonna have to get used to it now."

"What's that, dear? You're going away to a magic school in another world? alright just be sure to call us every now and then."

also It said that there have been no fairies on earth in forever.
I'm starting to wonder why Stella was there in the first place.

I have a hope that they'll explain why Bloom was, since they made a point of telling us that her being a fairy was odd.

hehe, even with the nitpicks, I'm still enjoying the show. Must be a good sign Laughing
