Red Fountain students eat well at school so they can stay fit for combat. They have everything on needs, but not a lot of Earth food.

Roll sits down with a basic sandwich and some soda in the middle of the mess hall. No one else was really around, so it was rather peaceful.

After a little walk Ka'Cova finally found the mess halls. Having followed the scent he smelled earlier he only got more and more hungry if it was a good one. Keeping silent he looked around it to spot any other students in it at this hour or any movement that would show the source of the scent he smelled.

Stepping inside he kept holding his odachi in his left hand while he headed to what he tought to be the source of the smells.

The scent was coming from the meal line, where different foods are being served. One food is baked Ziti, another was Hawaiian Pizza and yet another was miso soup.

Getting in line Ka'Cova picked the miso soup as well as the baked Ziti. He didn't trust the yellow things on the pizza so he skipped that one. Carrying his plate to a table to his liking he sat down, placed his sword besides him and silently started his dinner, speaking not to any of the others yet. But chances were he'd be spotted as a newbie or reccogniced from his duel with Lir that surely would have made an impression on some of the spectators.

Some of the students move about the mess, some who had seen the fight with Blackwood and Ka'Cova, whispered about what had taken place earlier that day. Some just scoffed at the lame fight, while others looked impressed with the young freshman.

Ka'Cova looked around the mess hall, giving the other students calm looks as he systematicly observed each of them as well as the weapons they carried along if they had them. Memorising each by writing down a short description as well as the weapon he found some ease of mind by setting his tought on all the duels he had seen before he was called into one himself.

Halfway trough his soup he stopped eating and tried to remember some of the moves the others had made in the duels and tried to memorise them so he could try to counter them in the future. His soup and Ziti were getting cold though as he tought things over again. Probbably he sat alone at the table, but if any would come over he'd give him a kind nod as greeting.

None of the other students would approach the boy, some even left the mess.

Ka'Cova sighed softly and placed his pencil down again and resumed his dinner, eating in solitude for the time being as his mind went back again to the second duel he had that day and wich he got beaten.

Each time it happened he sighed and tried to put his mind on other things, clearly looking slightly worried about things as he did the best he could to keep a calm face before he got to his Ziti.

As the the young student eats, he soon finds himself alone in the mess.
