This lovely room is now home to fairies. Lux, Lyra, Savannah and Brianne are here by their lonesome. Its now rather bright in here.

Dressed and ready for the day ahead of her, Nimueh sat down for the few moments she had to herself and opened one of her books. It was a Solarian drama series that whilst a tad over-the-top in Nimueh's perception, was at least very good to help pass time. And that was exactly what she needed right now.

She had been rather reluctant to socialise since the disco had taken place down on Earth and so more often than not, time that she might have spent wandering Alfea was now spent reading novels on the couch in the dormitory with the occasional break from that to study.

Artemis just came out of the shower after her usual late-night work sessions. Yawning to herself she wound up her hair in a towel and headed to the coffee machine to get another black fuel cup for herself when she noticed Nim with a book "eum..." She walked over to her "what are you doing?" She asked her friend in wonder, never having seen a blind person feel over a book like that before. Well at least she didn't seem to have noticed Nim doing it before.

"Reading." Nimueh replied simply, not particularly in the mood to strike a conversation at this current moment in time. She quickly counted how many lines down she was from the top of the page before picking up where she was.

She had a feeling that she would need to remember. Artemis was often... well more talkative than Nimueh was at any rate.

Artemis kept looking over Nims shoulder at how she was reading "eum.... Isn't there usually something printed on the pages?" She asked before standing upright and heading over to her coffee machine so her brain too could think again.

As usual Artemis was far too energetic for most others in the morning. Not that she seemed bothered by that at all though.

"There is something printed on the page... They're not the same as what you'll have been taught but if it hadn't struck you, a piece of paper is a piece of paper to me whether it has been printed on or not." Nimueh said, slightly shocked at Artemis' comment. Was it not obvious that anything 2-dimensional was utterly useless to Nimueh?

Though as the words left her lips, Nimueh surprised herself with her tone- being somewhat less patient than she usually was. Perhaps she had just had a rough night...

Artemis calmly kept on making her coffee "that's why I'm so suprised. How can you read it? It's just paper!" She sounded her confusion at Nims explaination before at last having her black mug with extra sugar made "oh by the way, you want something to drink? You sound like you need some cheering up" she suggested

"There are small bumps in the page, they form letters and that's how I read." Nimueh explained shortly. Had Artemis honestly never seen or heard of any form of Braille? Surely there were people with eyesight less than capable of reading printed words on Jule as well.

"No, I'm fine. I was thinking of heading out for a stroll anyway-" She said, setting her book aside for the moment. It wasn't as though she'd get any piece of mind to finish it at this rate.

Artemis facepalmed audibly "offcource! We got that too but most can hear and understand trinary code... But that's pretty awesome" she clearly was impressed by the simplicity of the device. As she tought of home she walked to the balcony and heared the music she had recieved a week ago, leaning over the edge and spotting Tecna working on it "that's fine. You know how to find me!" She cheerfully said to Nim and grabbed her chargepack before heading out to talk things over with the technology fairy.

Brianna wakes up, gets out of bed, and walks out to the main room of the dorm. She sees her blind roommate reading a book. "How was the party Nimueh?" The brown-haired fairy asked her wondering if she enjoyed it.
