This lovely room is now home to fairies. Lux, Lyra, Savannah and Brianne are here by their lonesome. Its now rather bright in here.

"I'm fine standing thank you," Nimueh said, wrinkling her nose as the almost overpowering smell of Artemis' coffee filled the room again. Nimueh had no clue what Artemis actually did to her coffee to make the scent Artemis often quite pleasant into one she could hardly stand. But she made no mention of it as the fairy walked over.

"Artemis, everything fits just fine and I can move around in it all." Nimueh said, naturally it had been the first thing she had tested... no point having a fancy costume you can't walk in. "And I do hate to come across as pushy, but could you please look it up on a computer or something? I really want to do this whole thing right. Please? For once I just want to fit in and look normal." She almost begged of her roommate.

Artemis nodded and giggled a bit before laughing softly "Nim, remember the last time I tried a computer?" She asked her friend, entertained by this small slip of the tongue "It got fried so hard that well....." She pondered a bit before shrugging "but me plus flimsy electronics equals a big mess" she laughed again

"But why don't you try it on now? I'd love to see how well it suits you" she tried to change the subject from what the costume was supposed to be to how Nim looked in it "and maybe someone else could give us help?" She wondered if any of the other dorm members were around.

Nimueh sighed, the memory of what happened with Artemis and electronics forever scarring her and terrifying her. No, it probably wasn't the best of ideas to have Artemis look up what something was. Nimueh would have suggested a book, though naught that Nimueh owned herself was illustrated.

At Artemis' alternative, Nimueh could not help but feel she was no longer particularly in the mood to try the dress on. It didn't mean much if she couldn't find anyone who knew whether she was remotely well-dressed or not.

"I'll- well, I'll just wait- I don't think-" Nimueh sighed as she struggled to find the words. "I'll put it on later, you'll see it for the party" She said trying rather pathetically to end on a high note, as she sat down at the counter.

Artemis noticed the change of Nims voice and her struggle to find the right words "Nim" she walked over to her friend and placed a calming hand on her shoulder "I'm sure you'll look fantastic and that they didn't mess you up on it... But at least you got yourself a costume" she tried to cheer her friend up

"I myself have just fallen asleep without anything to wear for a party unless I can manage to get my wings on... And even though I doubt I'll wear that all night. The heels that come with it are actual gear cogs! Do you got any clue how hard it is to walk on normal heels allready?" She tried cheering Nim up by showing off that things could be far worse

Brianna was in the middle of episode 15 of Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue when she got too tired and fell asleep and the episode was still playing on her laptop. Then the brown-haired fairy started to snore loudly but only loud enough for her other roomies to hear. If someone comes in here, be kind to pause the episode and set Brianna's laptop by her dresser so she can sleep without knocking her laptop over.

"Thank you, Artemis" Nimueh smiled as she sat up a little, she supposed she may have been getting a little worked up about all this- if her mother was here, she would have probably told her it was only a party, not the end of the world.

But how was Nimueh supposed to even know what a party was like if she had never been to one away from home?

Life in Alfea was a dream come true- Nimueh just hadn't expected dreams to be riddled with their own difficulties.

"I suppose you might as well see and tell me now if I look ridiculous or not," Nimueh gave a soft smile. She knew the spell she needed to change into her clothes more efficiently, but she doubted that she could pull it off with so many bits and pieces making up her outfit. "I'll change quickly in my room~" Nimueh said, before standing up and headed out.

Before she entered, she heard a soft snore from Lauren's room. "Looks like Lauren cannot help us, it sounds as though convergence class has knocked her out for good." She chimed before walking into her own room to get dressed.

Aimée was excited for tonight. She decided to go as Bride of Frankenstein. She got the idea when she searched for 'Halloween Costumes' on her phone. She has no idea where it comes from.

She walks out of her room, looking at the other girls. "What are you guys wearing tonight?", she asks.

Nimueh paused before going in as she heard someone else enter- she offered a small smile, recognising the voice to be Aimée's. As she brought up the topic of costumes, Nimueh held up the dress that she had bought not long ago.

"Well it ought to be a vampire, though to be honest- I haven't really much of a clue whether it's a fair representation of them." Nimueh explained, "What about yourself? What are you going as?"

Aimée listens to the girl and nods. "I'm going as Bride of Frankenstein. Wait, I'll pick it up.", the girl replies running inside her room and picking up her outfit. She walks back to the other girls and shows them the costume and wig. "Here it is."

"The bride of Frankenstein?" Nimueh thought hard as she raked through her extensive knowledge of literature to think of whether she had heard of the character before- she felt as though she should know something about the character given her apparent relationship to the classic monster... but nothing sprang to mind.

"I've heard of Frankenstein's monster and the mad scientist himself, but I don't think I've ever come across a bride before in any of the literature I've encountered." She said out loud.

Though she blushed as Aimée supposedly showed her the dress. "I'm-uh, sure it looks beautiful," Artemis smiled.
