Low Ability

Burning Speed – An enchantment spell. User is able to move 30-45% faster than usual.

Fire Attunement – An enchantment spell. User is able to heal themselves if damage is minor.

Medium Ability

Conjure Flame – Caster summons a flame orb, which they must throw to their enemy. It can cause the enemy to suffer from second degree burns for 30 seconds.

Fireball– A projectile spell. A fireball is summoned and hurdled to the enemy. Will cause fire damage by 40-50% of burning.

Flame Burst - Caster surrounds themselves with fire, they then release a blast of attack that can damage all foes near them. The spell takes 20 seconds to conjure however.

Hestia’s Flames – A spell that conjures up a shield by the caster's arm to protect them.

High Ability

Phoenix Mark – An enchantment spell. The user summons the power of the Golden Phoenix and places its mark upon their heart. They are then granted a strong power of flames, but can only be sustained depending on the energy of the user. Carter is only able to sustain this spell for 5 minutes, she then looses the ability to activate it for 1 day.

Glyph of Immolation- To cast the spell, the user must draw a pentagram, they must then stand in the middle and surround themselves with fire. It is needed that the “Phoenix Mark” spell has been cast when performing this spell, as it uses that mark and briefly transforms the user as a flame demon for 30 minutes, before reverting them back to their normal form. The downside of this spell is that it uses too much magical energy, thus they will definitely faint if not strong enough to control the power. However, if they are strong enough, the drawback will cause them to be unable to use their magic for 3 days after the spell is cast.

Appearance:

Strengths: Carter is very good when it comes to Public Speaking. She is intelligent via passing most of her subjects, and she is able to survive out in the wilderness due to her training for Wilderness Survival.

Weaknesses: Can’t sing very well, she is not able to be on water for too long otherwise she'll lose energy, and she is not good at running long distances, because she tends to easily give up.

Personality: Carter loves to be the center of attention, and does whatever she can within school. She loves to act as different characters because she believes it’s a getaway from her normal life. Carter likes to sing, but she is not good at it, the same goes for her cooking. Although Carter is very sporty, she cannot run more than 3 miles for she easily runs out of energy, this is due to her easily giving up when she thinks she’s had enough. Carter has a very serious attitude, she is always focused when it comes to her studies, and does not like it when people slack off. She only became this due to her killing her siblings, in which she felt very guilty for, thus it changed the way she views the world, to her life is about survival now, otherwise she looses it.

History:
Past
Carter was born and raised in Inferno Kingdom. Being the 7th child of 10, she is believed to be the next ruler of the Inferno Kingdom due to her immediate maturity and serious attitude. In her world, it is a custom that all children born of Royalty must have a Sibling Rivalry in order to ensure who the strongest among all is. The Royal Phoenix is the one who decides who the victor is by giving the last one standing its Holy Flames, and granting them the throne.

At a young age of 11, Carter’s older brother; Seiglein Azionaire attempted on killing her by sending his army of Flame Slayers to attack. Carter decided to take the approach and battle head on, only carrying a flame dagger. One by one, she slayed all 10 of them, until finally she got to her brother and she transformed as a fairy for the first time. With her fire magic, she tried her best to defeat him, but it was not enough, so she tried using a magic booster to increase her chances of winning, or escaping at the very least. However, she accidentally burnt her brother to a crisp with the Phoenix Mark attack which she was all of a sudden able to cast, ending his life.

Due to nightmares of guilt, seeing her brother come back from the grave to take her life, she decided to take the battle seriously and take caution. She began to study more on the Royal Library, trying to find out how to increase the booster. This is where she learnt that her powers can grow so much more, but she must keep her heart at good in order to do so.

A few years have passed, and she was then 13. Wearing a black short dress and a golden tiara, she was the beauty of all of Inferno Kingdom. Her jealous sisters, Diana and Alexandra, decided to ambush her and kill her.

During their attack, Carter exposes her magic and uses the Phoenix Mark once again, but it was stopped by a mysterious force. On her knees, she was exhausted and incapable, so as a desperation act she uses the new spell she learnt, ‘Glyph of Immolation’. Upon doing so, the tormenting flames in her heart accidentally destroyed her two sisters, and ended their life. Carter then ultimately fainted.

As she woke up in the hospital, Carter realized that she was not as strong as she thought she was, thus she decided to leave the kingdom and attend one of the prestigious schools in the Magic Dimension, ‘Alfea College for Fairies’. There, she began to learn more about pyrokinesis and how to control her magic, so that she could return to Inferno Kingdom and face the challenges that awaits her.

*twirls the stamps a bit* Sorry but this isn't getting approved. Public speaking and debates are literally one in the same. Not being able to run 3 miles is more of a physical limitation not a true weakness.

Fix the ethnicity now since she is not from earth. Race would be Human or fairy. Allegiance needs to be good, neutral or bad not to that of her family. Dumb down fireball to 50%. How is taking part in school competitions a strength? If you said she is good at strategy then that is believable. It feels like Carter needs more negative aspects.

What exactly is 40-50% fire damage? Does it deal damage damage 40 to 50% of Carter's normal fireball damage?

This spell is like -- A person who isn't strong enough can't use it for so long. But mention the time Carter can sustain it for. This skill shouldn't be totally allowed to be used more than once, twice a day. If she uses it twice it's mandatory she can't use her powers for a day.
