"As you wish miss." The machine remarks as it starts up. Soon the girl is lost in a ray of light, having been sent of to the planet of music.

A machine whirled to life as it prepared to receive an incoming traveler. In a flash of light, a violet-haired girl appeared and stumbled out of the transportation pod, breathing heavily. She gave shout of surprise as her brown leather boots caught on the uneven edge between the pod and the floor, and she was sent sprawling to floor. Her hair was short and messy, and her cream blouse was stained with dirt. A brown leather vest fastened shut in the front with two lines of brass buttons, and a similar leather material and brass fasteners made up the bracers she wore around her wrists. Smudges of dust could be seen on her black pants, as if she had wiped something on them to clean it. A pair of goggles hung around her over a cowl scarf. It was obvious that her fashion style was not native to Magix, and an observant passerby could pick up on the dated attributes of the outfit.

Sora groaned as she pushed herself off of the ground. She raised her head and her eyes widened as she took in her surroundings. "W-What? How did I- But the-" She floundered with her words before finally breathing out, "Where am I?"

A few workers rush into the area along with Ms. Coil. The older woman quickly walks over to the girl, looking her up and down. "And where might you be from miss?"

Sora met the the elder women's dark crimson eyes with her own icy blues. The women's overalls weren't an unusual sight in Vernes, and judging from the grease stains, fitting for her occupation. However, there was something off about them and the rest of the workers that ran into the room. "District 23, currently situated at the southeastern part of the city," Sora answered, remembering the current position of her home in the city's rearranging layout. "But I was at Vernes University a minute ago." She pushed herself onto her feet and brushed the dirt off her shirt. "How'd I get here?" Sora asked, looking around the room.

The woman closes her eyes, nodding slightly at the news. "I assume though the same means as another citizen of Jule from that device at the university. I'm afraid you are not on Jule anymore. Welcome to the planet Magix."

Sora stood still as she tried to comprehend the woman's words. "Not on Jule? Planet of Magix? That's ridiculous, how would I..." She suddenly stopped and suddenly started laughing. "Oh man, you got me good. I actually believed you for a while. Who put you up to this? Isaac? Theodore? Luther?"

"This is not a joke miss. Go over to those windows and look out. You will not see a single storm cloud in the sky. You are no longer on your planet." Ms Coil tells her, trying to be patient.

Sora frowned and glanced at the other worker's expressions. The looked a bit uneasy and unsure of the situation. She took a step, hesitated, gave another glance at Ms. Coil, and then walked over to the window.

The scene outside wasn't like anything she had ever seen. There were no cobblestone roads, no exposed metal on the buildings, and the outfits of the women passing by were much more revealing than any she had ever seen back home. The city was much brighter than Vernes, and she with a look to the heavens, she saw why. Ms. Coil was correct, there were no storm clouds; there were no clouds at all. For the first time in her life, Sora saw the sun. "The sky... It's blue." She whispered. It wasn't her sky, the one she trusted in to provide her with the winds to keep her airborne and the lightning to power her home, but it was beautiful all the same.

She continued to stare out the window for another few minutes, before finally turning back to Ms. Coil. "I really am on another planet, aren't I?"
