As the moon sets and the sun rises, brightening the dark and gloomy sky of Magix. What a good day to wake up, for today the 1st of September is the start of a brand new school year for the creatures of the magic dimension. Coming from Earth to Eraklyon, studying and practicing to be the future protectors of this magical dimension.

The doors of Alfea and Red Fountain have opened to welcome brand new students into their campus. Fairies and Witches are joined together in Alfea due to certain events that have occured to Cloud Tower while Specialists and Wizards are in Red Fountain.

The welcome ceremonies are about to start, come quick and find your place among the huge crowds of old and new students alike. It's a special year for you, welcome to your first school year and the beginning of a fun and dangerous adventure!

It's a spirit. I'm afraid of them she thought, then she summoned up her courage and flew towards the Hawk Spirit.
"Blinding Star!" she cried as a star appeared in her hand. Then she threw the star at the spirit.

"Ruby's protection!" Amara summoned a forcefield to protect Roxy. "That will keep her safe until I can find Mina again.

"I will never be as strong as the winx, so why do I even try!" thought Roxy, feeling defeated. "They're always the stars of the day, nothing stops them at all and I'm not that kind of person. I'm weak, I'm a late bloomer!! UGH!" She rose up on her feet and looked at Luna "But I have to save Roll, I don't know how I would cope with myself if something bad happened to him"

She then charges at Luna and attacks her, in mid-attack however she started transforming "CHARMIX!" she yells and soon a purse and a pin appear on her transformation outfit. "I already feel stronger!" She then attacks Luna once again.

More monsters kept coming, Noko knew the only way to lessen this was to attack the source, but where was Selina? "CELESTIAL SUMMON: MIDNIGHT GRIFFIN!" and suddenly a Griffin from the skies come down and takes Noko on its back. Noko looks around carefully, where was she?

Seeing a fairy attacking the Hawk Spirit, Charlie decided to help.

"Million Sounds!" Charlie cried, and created soundwaves with different sounds.

Charma transformed and few to the Children of the Night.
"Earth's Quake!" she cried as a Magnitude 5.3 earthquake followed after.

"Well vampires are weakened by garlic..." A minute later Amara came running out of the kitchen with lots of garlic in her arms.

Breanne charges the attack away from Luna in a random direction and as she looks where it's going she finds it being directed at Maria. Breanne runs as fast as she can to prevent it from hitting Maria but as it got closer to her she decided to use her force shield. However it was too late. She used the force shield the instant the attack hit her. The force field prevented the attack from spreading anywhere and all it's focus was on Maria. As the force field breaks and gas is cleared. Maria lays dead on the ground.

Breanne cries next to her dead body. She never meant for that to happen and she felt extremely foolish. This caused her to earn Gloomix, but it was too late. The damage has been done and she felt extremely saddened by the death of the only fairy that has accepted her.

Noko kept looking around, it seems she was gone. "But that won't stop me from destroying these monsters! I need more power, more power!! More- huh?" and that's when she noticed that she had a Moon badge on her chest, and a blue circular purse on the side, almost similar to a full moon.

"I- I got Charmix!" she exclaimed. She suddenly felt a burst of magic inside her.
