| 1. Be organized. I stress this so much you want to be organized if you want to be successful in school. Make sure you get a planner if your school does not provide one! It's so you can write down homework and such as well as important events. 2. Be On Time To Class. Another important rule especially on the first day of school I would suggest being at least 15 minuets early on the first day. 3. Study. Studying will help alot there is no secret weapon to getting A's other then to study. Cut out the distractions and set out some time in your day to study. 4. Join Clubs. Even though I really didn't join any clubs till my senior year it does help to get invovled in clubs to make friends easier and quicker. 5. Eat a good breakfast and sleep earlier rather than late. 6. Ask teachers for help and ask questions during class. 7. Pack up your backpack the night before as well as laying out your close. 8. Carpool with a friend on the first day it helps ease the nerves. 9. Customized your school supplies! 10. Attend orientation you can make friends as well as learn the building layout. I'm a college freshmen so I've been through it all but that's what I got for you so far. If you still need some help you know where to find me Kim! Good luck

Always impress your teachers. That will seriously help a lot. 12. Make friends with everyone, but always set limits as to who your friends should be. 13. Get involved with the school. Aim for high grades and do extracurricular activity it will help and always go to every school event. 14. Make a name for yourself, let the principal know you who are, make him/her memorize your name. Know you for good stuff. 15. Become an assistant in your free periods. That will look good in your resume and give you a lot of experience in jobs and what not. Sadly I've never had the time for that but you could, if you do have any. 16. Go to Summer school. Omg one of my worst regrets was not going to Summer School, like literally if you go there and get high grades you won't have to take the subjects in the actual school year WHICH WILL HELP A LOT. (It depends on schools really, so I don't know that much about it in other schools.) | |
