| First topic message reminder : Welcome members! As you all have read on my earlier post, we are looking for new staff members to join our BIW Staff Family, so we are keeping an eye on people who believe they are capable enough to join. We've had many staff members come and go, some needing time of their own, whilst some have to move on to bigger things in life, and we sure do miss them. We had staff members climb their way to the top, myself and the recent Admin Aeniera included, but we made it, and so will you. In order to be a part of the staff team, you must be hardworking, dedicated, and ensure that you will be an active member of the forum. However, you must also be fun to work with, easy to negotiate with, and understandable to the situations being put in your hands when the time comes. Please send in your application form to either me or Phil and the staff team will soon decide who the new staff members joining us will be. Remember, to ME or PHIL. Both Jad and Jae are currently VERY busy so your entry may not be seen by either one of them if sent to them. Also, a slight change has been made as decided by the staff team, in order to apply you must have 250+ post. I apologize for the earlier mistake as I mistype. (Never do a copy and paste)
