Do you think that there will be a season 7?

There must be a season 7 because winx club must never end.

^ The new generation would be with advanced tech. But yet, in other magical realms, there are advanced tech already.

i think there should be a season 7 if its intresting

and i think it will be cool if a magical guardian or fairy came and showed them a glimpse to the future of their lives that would be really cool

While that's all fine and dandy, a show has to end somewhere on a high note. When a show reaches a high peak in it's point, and the show continues, then the quality starts to fade. A good ending will wrap the show up despite where it takes place. So if we let Winx Club reach a high point in its time, then I think it's best to end it there. Besides, a lot of us believed the show was over after 3 seasons and a movie. That would have been a fine ending for me.

Well, Winx Club cannot go on for ever, even if we all wish to see them in never-ending magical and original adventures, but we'll have to face reality anyway, someday or the other the writers will be out of ideas for Winx Club and, let's not forget fan loss over time.

If the series can retain its appeal and originality long enough, then I hope that at most, something between an 7th to a 10th season to be produced. But I do agree with Chokoroko that, were Winx Club to end, it should be on a high note, à la Harry Potter or, even better, à la Charmed, assuming you watched the very last ep of Charmed. The series should not go on till it "loses its flavor".

Personally, I think there'll be one for sure, no question.

Winx is extremely popular in other countries. In America it isn't that popular, but I can't remember where, but somewhere, I had read it was something like the number one girl's property in Russia? It was on some sort of blog.

Girl's property. That's not TV show, or doll line, that's property. This show is WILDLY popular in other countries.

They wouldn't just decide to cut it off to have it be a good ending-- they would try to milk it as much as possible. Get all the money they can out of it, then drop it. Personally I'm guessing we'll get somewhere between 8-12 seasons, before it drops in popularity over in Europe and wherever else it's this popular.

And even when it does end, I wouldn't be surprised if we get spinoffs. It's kinda like the Pokemon TV show-- it's gonna keep going on until no money can be made out of it. If a show is making a ton of money and is wildly popular, it's most likely not going to end whenever would be best. With a show aimed at an older audience it might end earlier, but with little kids it could drag on who knows how long.

Sorry if that came out kind of rude, I'm awful at phrasing things. Didn't mean for it to be. @__@ But anyway, I was mostly just trying to say I doubt it will end anytime soon. It's making too much money.

When Winx Club ends, I would personally miss it so much! It is the only show that I have loved so much for a very long time. I've got other shows that I like, but not as much as Winx. Winx will surely end one day, when it loses its mojo. There would surely be spin offs, I'm pretty confident there would be. I don't know about a new generation though, if it was doing really well everywhere in the world then maybe, but I doubt it. I would miss Winx like crazy when it ends.

On wikipedia, I read something about Iginio Straffi saying Winx Club could run until 2014. It could even run longer then that, so there will probably be a season 6 and maybe a season 7.

Me too I'll miss it a lot. Though I don't want to go into too much details, Winx Club helped me not to give up and taught me to always have hope and believe in myself in one of the darkest periods of my life, along with Charmed (again, I know!). Yeah, I really expect some kind of spin-off, but for a new generation, I'm a bit doubtful.

Not wanting to be rude, there's the #1 rule that we must never believe everything written on Wikipedia. It's no absolute law carved in stone for eternity, and anyone can add nonsense there, like how we recently had the 'Infinitix" case, and how we had the "Devilrus" case before S4 aired.

But, yeah. I did hear about this rumor. 2004 - 2014, it can be interesting for an Italian show that surpassed most of its kind to become a worldwide phenomenon. I expect either a new generation (less likely) or one or many spin-offs that may explore the magic dimension and its History ( what d'you expect from a geek like me? Razz

) in more depth that in Winx Club itself.

Yeah, me too I don't Winx Club to have so sad an ending. I had been listening to "Born To Die" by Lana Del Rey yesterday, maybe that's why I chose this scene. Razz

A more cheerful and Winxy version of the final scene in Charmed would be nice.

I 100% agree, Winx Club isn't so popular in the US (so I heard) but it's extremely popular in many other countries, like Italy (obviously), France, Russia, etc... Well, let's hope Nick'll make it even more popular in the US.
