Here you rate the song/music the person above you has posted. It would be rated out of 10. No going into the negatives because then you're just being a hater and haters gonna hate!
The song doesn't have to have words. It could be instrumental music but if it does have words than make sure its appropriate. It could be from a T.V show too. Also you should post the song or music in case someone has never listened to it before.
And try to listen to the whole song or music because if you don't...then you're just lazy. A couple minutes won't kill your ears.

Nice beat but I don't like the guitar parts since they don't seem anything fancy and the chorus is only filled with "Power Rangers LightSpeed Rescue."
