First topic message reminder :

OK here we go with another weird snapshot of my job:

At my job we constantly ask each other and ourselves "What is your favorite part of Winx? If you could hit a button and bring one concept from the show to the "real world" what concept would that be? Would you bring the whole show to life? if so how would it look, sound, feel and respond to the world we live in?"

The above are all questions we ask ourselves, everyone from CEO to enterprise security and I.T. and Every single employee on the floor who is customer facing. I want to get your feedback about this answer the questions above so I can see how other Winx fans outside of my company would "bring Winx to life".

Winx is a way of life because of the following points:
1. It has become so integrated into just about every aspect of work, from employee training to celebrations and sadness Winx is there
2. Winx has been integrated into most all employee's personal lives by their own choice, from the naming of children to the choice of what to eat for lunch, Winx is there.
3. Winx is being tightly integrated into the lives of some employee's children and/or younger relatives in such ways that these kids just view Winx as "An accepted part of life"
4. One interview question reads "if you had magical powers; what would they be and how would you use them to accomplish your assigned job duties at the call center?" This question is specifically designed to flag as many creative and fun loving people as possible for possible hire.
5. If you don't pass the "Winx 101" training module with 80% or better, you have to wait 3 months before taking it again and until you pass you're deemed to not know your Winx and are not allowed on the floor to take calls until such time where you have passed the exam.
6. Winx 101 s second only to the "C.A.R.E." Module in importance.
7. the so-called "Winx Corporate Desktop", "WinxTop", "Winx Desktop Environment" or "Winx Central Desktop" does not come with any training, you have to know enough about Winx to know where everything is. The only parts of our IT infrastructure that employees get trained on are the customer database, the phone system, and remote access procedures. Everything else is either know your Winx well enough to figure it out, ask a colleague, or call IT.
