First topic message reminder :

Just recently I logged onto Nick.com and was flashed with an ad saying Viacom is threatening to take Viacom owned channels off the air, but only on DirecTV. I did some more research to discover Viacom is demanding more money from DirecTV or they will stop airing their shows altogether. And this means NO MORE WINX CLUB for fans who have DirecTV. Let's just hope Viacom and DirecTV can come to and understanding, CAUSE WINX IS AT STAKE!

From what I've gathered it looks like an agreement COULD be reached on Saturday. Here is what I was told by DirecTV: It's definitely been an undeservedly chaotic week for you. But we wanted to let you know we have been meeting several times daily with Viacom to bring back its most popular channels as soon as we can. We had more conversations today, and continue to thank you for your patience. We don't anticipate this lasting too much longer.

Let us hope this ends soon, I don't have Direct but many do and it is not fair for them...Direct is being so mean :/

Fun thing is NOBODY believes Viacom. Everybody I'm seeing on the internet is siding with DirecTV. So when Viacom makes claims about DirecTV I just start laughing my head off. I mean they were hated before this (Youtube) and now this will just make them even MORE unpopular. Just check their Facebook! Very Happy

Actually Viacom is the one being unfaired here, DirectTV wanted more and more and Viacom wouldn't give more so Direct left them...And so usually I dislike Viacom but now it is DirectTV.
