So, tell me your thoughts about their old friendship on Earth, how Selina ignored Bloom, and Selina smirking while Bloom is hugging her.

Meanwhile, as for Valtor, he was the supposed key to finding Bloom's parents, but actually wasn't, he just wanted Bloom's DF. As for Season 5, the main villain was related to Aisha, in Season 4, the main villain was related to Roxy, and right now, Selina isn't really the main villain, I just don't think so, I think the mains are the Trix and the guy in the book.

That's one great theory. But I think it's just that Selina ignored Bloom because the boy doesn't like her, and Bloom pushed her. but of course I don't know if that's true.

That scene might not have happened right after the "date", though.
What if it happened after Selina found out she had magical powers? What if she just wanted to keep Bloom safe because she was afraid to hurt her? That would explain the sad face in the end. But I guess we're going to have to wait until next Sunday to understand what really happened.

Omg!!

Rainbow actually remembered what Bloom's season 1 civilian looked like! Surprised

Since they forgot about Tune and Digit and about Diaspro getting banned from Eracklyon I was sure that they forgot about this too!

I think Selina looks very cute when she was laughing to Bloom!!! And Musa and Tecna got some attention.

I might have also a theory: what if the boy she liked, liked Bloom, and went through Selina to get to Bloom. (the guy looked like a young Sky imo) and btw the blond girl who sabotaged the winx in season 4 was walking into the junior high of Bloom, while she is a regular fairy normally... using backgroundcharacters much? They could atleast have taken Trixie....

Yeah, any situation could fit in the middle. More specifics could help.

I do recall that Bloom's high school life wasn't very well known, so it's cool to see some flash backs.

And I do love Bloom's Season 1-2 civilian outfit remade! Very cool of the animators to do that.

I agree with you all. Although John's theory is nice, and got a point. But like what Phil said, maybe it isn't because of it. The theory I really agree unto is the one about Selina knowing her own powers, and decided to avoid Bloom so she won't get hurt.

But the thing is, why is Selina smirking, like trying to betray Bloom? (It's in the EXTRA SCREENSHOTS)
So does that means that she already knows that Bloom is part of the Winx?

I really look forward to see the new episode in English though...

...I think Selina would have to try really hard to not know Bloom is part of the Winx.

Something I'll add is that if the creators actually handle the Selina and Bloom previously being friends thing well, I won't mind. The problem is that they've always managed to keep letting me down. I keep lowering my standards and they keep topping themselves in 'ability to let others down'.

I'm hoping Selina pretends to be pals with Bloom and then backstabs her. Not just because I don't like Bloom, but because if written properly it'll be interesting and keep the Winx from steamrolling everything with convergence (which is so boring to me I swear). I'd also like to see the Trix gain a power up that lets them fight equally with the Winx.

^I agree, I say it would be a better plot. Like what someone or you said, it sounds so cliche if they become friends again, like right now or something.
