So Loxa locked the topics because WE rate the avatars and signatures in heroes, not in style. So I think we need to know that the people are really work on the avatars and signatures and EVEN if we dislike the hero (for example bloom) we must rate the avatar on look and style. So guys I think we need to promise that if we make new topics (or unlock the old one) we will rate the avi and siggy on look and style! So if you promise that write "I promise" in your siggy and post reply with "I promise"
