Winx Club 606: Vortex of Flames!

True, the heartburn was a bit uncalled for. But after she shared the Dragon Flame, she fought against the Trix and the Pandemonium Sprites. I don't know if that's enough to drain her power, but it seems like a plausible explanation. Besides, she could have been hiding it from the others and we only got to see it in this episode.

This is definitely not the best episode I've seen from Season 6. I sort of have mixed feelings about it. But here's some random thoughts when I was watching the episode:

Why did Daphne do nothing when Diaspro had Bloom captured above the Vortex of Flames? She was just floating there, she could've done something at least. Or why didn't Sky or Thoren do something? Instead of standing there and thinking "oh, I wonder what Diaspro is gonna do?" when they definitely knew what's gonna happen, why didn't they do something? It just seemed like a really stupid scene.

Sky was really harsh on Thoren at the start of the episode. They were kids, not everyone is as "brave" as what Sky apparently is. Of course Thoren would be scared. Way to hold a grudge, Sky.

Prepare to see Bloom about to bloom in her Bloomix! So many plotholes on that scene. One minute she's like "OMG, I'm so weak. HOLD ME SKY", next minute she's using her full power randomly. Then she goes back to "OMG, I'm so weak." And somehow, she earns her Bloomix. How did she earn her Bloomix? It doesn't eve make sense! Bloom just really got on my nerves this episode. And of course, she gets her own episode about her Bloomix. Yes, we get it Bloom, you're a bit special.

ThorenxDaphne are so cuuuuuttte! Cutest couple in Season 6. They should rule Domino together. I love these two together Smile

OMG! THE ANIMATION IN THE VORTEX OF FLAMES! IT WAS AWESOME!

You know I kinda realized that when the winx were fighting against the fire eaters, Aisha was actually leading the winx.

Aisha: It's up to us now! Magic winx, Bloomix! ( Surprised

Aisha: Round 2 winx! Let's go!
Aisha: Daphne we got this! You and sky go to the vortex of flames!

See what I mean? I mean she was doing most of the leading and decision making and spell throwing etc.

Well I got to see the episode, I'm curious what this means for the future of Diaspro considering what has happened to her. Though how come is she so obsessed over Sky. If you like a guy and decided to get rid of his girlfriend, making it obvious you did it, I doubt the guy would date you! Sometimes I question the writers.

As for Bloom weakening, I think it was sort of hinted at when after Bloom had shared the Dragon flame and she glanced down at her hands to see how weak the flame was.

This my attempt in trying to fill plotholes but I think she knew she would be weaker but she didn't anticipate on how weak she would be, hence why she was shocked when she started to feel extremely weak and begin to hurt.

And I guess she earned Bloomix in the Vortex of Flames because she used fast thinking. Still not a very good require since it doesn't fill up the huge plot hole on why she couldn't get it in the past!

This isn't the first time we've seen Aisha lead the Winx though.
In Season 5 episode 3 (?) she took over from Bloom and lead Flora and Tecna.
Nickelodeon seem to be pushing her into the leadership role every so often. But it was more Tecna or Stella who usually took over from Bloom in previous seasons.

It's sad because the more the writers force Aisha on me as the second main character, the less I like her. I initially loved Aisha, she was one of my secondary favorite characters after Musa and Stella but then season four happened and then season five and now six, all of which push Aisha to be the main secondary character and it's kind of unfair. This is a show about team work and girl power - but really it's a show about Bloom and Aisha, and those other girls that hang with them.

I watched the episode.To me,it was rushed a bit, and the other winx didn't even speak a line,but it was okay.

It was rushed. Some scenes just looked out of place.
Like at the start with Bloom's "heartburn". Bloom was in pain, then suddenly Flora appears from nowhere. Then Flora takes her to the other Winx, and Bloom's fine again.
Then Bloom earning her Bloomix was totally random. She was like dying before, then she's fine. then she uses her full power without even transforming which is impossible (well obviously not for Bloom).
This episode wasn't thought out at all.

I feel like soon everybody will be hating on Aisha because thats how it worked for Bloom. First few seasons everybody loved her and now everyone hates her. Crying or Very sad

I'm pretty sure that Daphne was invited because she is part of the royal court of Eracklyon.
