Believix Thoughts

First topic message reminder :

So I want to know... I've been asking some of my friends and they all say they don't like Believix. I honestly don't know why people don't like Believix I mean it's my favorite transformation in everything. I mean gaining it needs convincing people to believe in magic which isn't easy at all and it has a glamorous look too. And it even comes with 3 wing sets and 2 sub-transformations. What's not to love? I mean the song and everything about it is just my favorite; I understand it's not everyone's favorite but why do people dislike it so much? Thoughts?

The song, the transformation are the thing that i like about Believix. Not every winx outfit were acceptable, but some are and it seems that Believix is the only transformation that have the most beautiful wings and largest, that really looks like butterfly compared to the others. Also, the difference of their wings were clearly spotted even though they are like Enchantix, also big and beautiful. What I dislike is the storyline can be a little silly. etc.

A lot of it is probably backlash due to it being used so much in merchandising since it was assumed that it was popular with the target audience. The fact that it came after a fairly popular transformation also raised expectations, and the fact that Believix came with season 4 did not help, since season 4 was full of filler and poorly handled subplots that'd be interesting if written better. It coming with 3 wings and 2 sub-transformations didn't help either, since most of the time it felt like filler that wasn't necessary. Even people that like Believix think it was too much (or that some of them could have been their own transformation, like Lovix). Not to mention the full transformation sequence was used a lot for Believix, just to pad out the episode. The wings and sub-transformations often did the same as well.
Believix is my second favorite transformation though, I quite like it's casual theme and the wings are fairly neat.

Believix came with Tracix, Zoomix and Speedix, three sets of wings which each do a separate thing.
Believix fairies could also gain Lovix and Sophix, sub-transformations that can only be gained after a fairy has become a Believix fairy.

you are right about that, but from what i think i still like the them, especially the way they gave the name and the transformation, i thought these were creative stuff that they can do, well like you said too, is the plot, that's the problem.

I love it. However it has been over used out of the show for merchandise. I think Sirenix is taking over for merch now though. Wink

I think believix has become the signature transformation for the winx.
I love the designs, music and extra powers that come with it. The mini secenes for things like Zoomix didn't last too long and weren't over used. The fairy dust scenes with enchantix were painfully, long boring and slow (4kids taking them out was the best thing they did!)

Yes, but from my perspective it wasn't strong at all.

But it's a fact from the show that Believix is stronger than Enchantix.

I really liked Believix. Simply because it was a transfo that didn't make them look like typical fairies, kinda like Magic Winx. I know it sounds weird, but to be honest I like transfo's that don't make them look like typical fairies because it gives the show originality I guess. Believix also had some really nice designs, nice artwork (especially by Nick) and the dolls, both Jakks and the Italian version, were great. They song was pretty good too.

Awesome, that's exactly what I think! A lot of people like Enchantix because it makes them look like fairies, but that's actually one of the reasons I don't like it! Like Stella said in season 1 referring to the fairy tales, "You're so much cooler than this!"

I also can't understand why people hate Believix, It's my favorite transformation! Enchantix was also very pretty, but Believix has a better transformation sequence.
