Need Member Opinion

Recently, since about let's say 4-5 months I'm thinking that I was being a little too soft on members. I used to not show much emotions in the chat and acted strict and firm from the very first day but I was like. "Come on. No need for me to be all toughy muffy. I'm sure the members won't cause problems if I acted normally and stop being so strict." So I was like then after a while not wanting members to see me as a moderator who they should always fear or something, but as a normal member as any of them with privileges lol.

So now recently I'm thinking. I'm having friends with everyone in chat and here but I'm starting to see I'm being a little too sweet with members and I'm thinking I should be stricter in chat and all because I'm starting to feel all the attachment I'm getting from members and everyone is making me less stricter and it's kinda making me feel uncomfortable because I'm not used for all the emotions .-.. So... thoughts please?

Maybe you're not used to the emotions yet.Maybe if you kept being sweet,you'd be more comfortable.However,don't go too soft,because some people may take advantage of that.But not everyone's like that, and being strict and firm might give you a bad name,because being hard going is the last thing everyone wants.

Try to umm....keep neutral. As Maya said, don't go too soft. Stay neutral, and start being strict when needed.

First time I met you I found you scary, which I know for a fact will probably make you happy if I said that, however, I think that it's great you've become a wee bit sweet, but wherever you're happy whether it's being sweet or being strict, as your friend, I'm happy to keep up with any, so you can decide which one you choose, but I think that neutral suits you more Smile

Honey you're bound to be who you are no matter what, so the only opinion you need to take to heart is yours. It doesn't matter what on Earth you do as long as it makes you feel happy and proud. So just feel free to be who you want to be, no one should judge you for that, as a matter of fact you shouldn't let anyone judge you for that. It's not going to hurt you if you try to be who you are, it'll only make you comfortable and better. Try your best with everything and just relax, you're still young (like me but I'm older so ha) and you shouldn't put yourself in such situations where you don't feel like you're up to it or hesitating to see what is good for you because only you can decide on that. It doesn't matter for as long as you're happy, as long as you're comfortable and as long as you're doing what you want to do then nothing should matter. Smile
