| When posting fan fiction chapters are we suppose to keep them all in one place? Because on mine no one has really posted after me. |

| I usually post chapters under the same thread to keep it clean and easy to find/read, but the original moderators and admins never placed a rule explaining on whether or not story's chapters should be in the same thread or if they can be separate, and so the decision lies with you and how you would like to approach it. | |

| Personally, I get annoyed if people post their chapters in different threads. I think you should stick to the same thread because it's easier to read. But like Kyra said, there's no rule about it and the decision is up to you. | |

| me too, i keep it under my title. But how do you do the rule of 'no dubble post' then? and how long can a message be at max? If I finish my fanfic and want to start another one, I'll make a new thread, since it is a different story... I think. Maybe some admin who can set up some rules about the fanfic set-up? | |

I whole-heartedly agree. The mods that run the section should get together to work on a rule to help avoid clutter and to make it easier for readers.

It's not considered double post if you post your new message a day (or two, I'm not sure) after your previous one.

| The double posting should be addressed in the rules for fanfics too. But I agree that for stories you should wait a day or two and then post, giving people enough time to read and respond if they want to. | |
