I really wish that 4kids didn't change any names at all

I really wish that 4kids didn't change any names from what they where originally where because now it just leads to confusion. Why couldn't they just did what nick did and used the original plot and character names it's really annoying when I have to tell people that Miele is her original Italian name or Aisha. It's really annoying and it's like people don't do their research.

Lauren didn't u already do a topic about this? Or this is a different one? Confused ?_?

Lauren, In all the dubs before Nick took over Aisha's name was changed to Layla. In the French books I have from Winx Club, Aisha is called Layla. I believe she's still Layla in the Dutch dub. 4Kids had nothing to do with the dubs in that language You should try doing some of your own research as well.

As for Miele being changed to Rose, that was 4Kids' only other name change. Also, I think this is more for the Winx Club fun facts thread https://believeinwinx.forumotion.com/t3202-winx-club-fun-facts instead of making a new one for complaints about the same thing over and over again.

If you really want to complain, try having to explain to people that Musa isn't a princess.

And I was telling you that they weren't the only ones to not use Aisha. The French dub never used it either, in fact outside of the Italian version, Aisha was always known as Layla. The French Winx Books still call her Layla. I think other dubs still do the same. None of the dubs for other languages were involved with 4Kids either. They were all RAI dubs, my RAI English DVDs all call her Layla. You're making a post about something that bothers you while blaming the wrong people.

You really need to work on being more clear about your thread topics then.

4Kids only changed a few names. Miele to Rose and a few planets (I think they called Flora's planet Linphea in one episode in season 3) As I said already, Aisha's name was changed to Layla in the other RAI dubs. So that wasn't 4Kids on their own.

Honestly I liked some of the changes like calling the Trix's Crystals the Whisperian Crystals instead of a vacuum.

Domino was changed to sparks
Melody was changed to harmonic nebula
linphea was hanged 5th moon of marigold
andros was changed to tides
zenith was changed to 3rd vector of binary galaxy.

I get that these names sound cool for the planets but what's with valtor to baltor? His mark is a V for a reason.

I think the dragon flame was called the dragon fire in 4kids. Same thing I guess.
