| It depends on the torrent you're downloading. Most of the time, both my antiviruses don't notice anything, but it also depends on your ability to see if something about the torrent description smells fishy. That torrent's safe, though. | |

| For me personally, I like pirate bay. It all depends on the file. You need to read the comments of the torrent link before downloading. Look at the description carefully and everything. If it has no comments, it's probably a good idea not to touch the torrent at all! | |

| If you do download anything via torrents, you want to make sure you read what people have posted first. There are plenty of downloads out there that harbor a virus or two.
MAKE SURE THE TORRENT IS HEAVILY SEEDED.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANTI-VIRUS INSTALLED IF YOU RUN OS X OR WINDOWS.
MAKE ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY SURE THE UPLOADER IS TRUSTWORTHY.
