First topic message reminder :

Okay, I searched again and nothing came back on this guy so he's in characters. I really don't like the blue on blue font though, it makes my eyes wonky.

Anyways Roy, I really want to like you, especially since you're 1/2 of the first interracial couple on WInx Club. Besides that, you kind of look like my brother. However Nick threw you in to replace Nabu without really thinking of the fans, so while I think you're cool and everything, I just can't warm up to you yet. You can go out with Krystal or something I guess. Because in my fanfics Nabu comes back.

So, thoughts and opinions.

Would have been nice for Nabu to just be in stasis. Ug, sucks that he's dead though but it is kind of cool that Winx covered character death. We weren't directly exposed to that in Avatar the Last Airbender and that has a deeper setting than Winx Club.

I guess that would also explain why Nabu accused Aisha of not being able to save him in one of the episodes. Damn, I'll miss him. I liked how he actually tried to reason with Riven instead of yell at him like everyone else seems to do. Hopefully Roy will try that too.

A writer I like turned Roy gay in a story because she felt that was better than messing with her favourite pairing. I guess NabuxAisha fans can do that too

I really didn't care much for Roy either way in season 5 because I felt he was just forced on everyone. He's friends with the Specialists, he's on the missions with the Winx and now Aisha just seems to fall for him like a ton of bricks. I think the writers need their heads examined and at least give Aisha some time to mourn before giving her a new love interest. I'd probably like the poor guy more if it wasn't for the bad writing for this season.

The Writing is a fanfic gone wrong if you ask me. Zenith,Melody and Solaria were the only places dialogue wise that were handled well, I also think that they shouldn't have made Aisha change the subject so quick when Bloom asked her do you want to talk, I get that she was grieving and not quite ready to talk but she didn't have to be that cold about it to Bloom.

The writers had good intentions but solved everything way too quickly, it shouldn't be solved that fast, the Bloom Sky subplot was unnecessary, and quite frankly I'd have preferred that the would have let Bloom move on with the amnesiac Sky and have him slowly get his memory back without the stupid pendant.

A hot mess indeed. I was upset that Sky nearly let someone die because he dropped that dang necklace in the first episode. WTH Sky? The sub plots with Sky's amnesia and Krystal were unnecessary, the Sirenix Curse was lame and the storyline with Politea didn't strike me as vengeful.

There were some books published in Italy back in 2007 and 2009. Perle was good the synopsis is a few days before her birthday, Aisha mysteriously receives a gift, a black pearl necklace. She asks her friends to join her in Andros to find out what is behind the gift. The fairies will return to the underwater kingdom to save the queen Ligea and her people from a terrible threat. That or even Sirens would have been a better plot line than what we got for season 5. Even though Sirens seems mainly about Bloom.
