to all staff members or whoever is responsible for this

why do stuff keep happening to my account?
this is not the first time something dissapears
i won an exclusive glowing username
and now its just gone like that?
what the :curse:
and someone else does have it still
thats not fair

can it be fixed, thank you

+ why does it look like the staff dont seem to care for their own forum rules
i see stuff thats againts the rules, like huge signatures and nobody seems to care to actually do something?
i know big signatures arent a big deal but still, if the staff aint taking it serious, the forum rules, then dont expect the members to take it seriously :roll:

+ its great the forum has new moderators??? but i still see a lot of clutterness around on BIW\
even though im not around as often, whenever im here, i see a messy forum
or is that seriously just only me?

+ why is there still no new contest? what does it take for you guys to set things up? you got so many moderators and you telling us no one can take the time to post a new one? without a contest its slightly boring ???

+ an administrator made a topic about chatbox rules but the link above the chatbox doesnt even link to that post..... why doesnt such things get taken care of.... i get the impression people are being somewhat a bit sloppy?
Also, why does a rule state 3 warnings before someone gets banned? to me that sounds like someone can name another person something bad 3 times before something happens? that seems a little off???

im sorry if some may think im a complaining b..ch but... i dont really care, i have the right to post complaints/questions like these

the topic, WRITTEN BY AN ADMIN, states it suppose to be forever....... how clear can something be ...
so if another admin removed it doesnt make any sense, unless they dont pay attention to their own forum topics, then it does slightly make sense

This forum is a little messy but not every mod or admin can be here 24/7 as we also have lives. We are also kinda short handed right now. About the glow thing talk to JAD, Thank you for your concern and please bear with us in the meantime as we work on making this forum a more interesting place to be for everyone.

The complaints are indeed taken seriously, especially that complaint of myself not being a real moderator AT ALL. I check this forum every single day 3 times on every board, what would you like to happen may I ask? Delete all the topics? Make every board have 2 or 3 topics contained in them? Lock every single topic there is? Please that what you want as the way I see it, it is mostly you Fairyness who always make complaints about the staff. We try out best, and if you think our best is not enough then we are sorry, but we have lives too.

Thank you John, I was going to say we have lives too but you beat me to it. However it does need to be said again that we take complaints and requests seriously and not everyone can be here every day 'round the clock as we need sleep and we may have life obligations at a given time, even if I have more time than some people, I still have life things I have to take care of/want to do.

that doesnt excuse for the forum to be a bit messy though, if a forum doesnt have active staff
you can tell members all the time that its cause mods have busy lives , which is a completely understandable statement, but then again, why are they moderator then?
if they don't have time to be here
....it causes the forum to become messy, because this forum has moderators that are not even as active as they need to be?

look , in the end, i dont really care wether this forum is a mess or not
its not my bussiness but i was actually trying to get the truth out there and put it in the light
cause its Obvious it doesnt get much attention

The forum is not messy. Maybe there are some "Glitches" but the staff are busy too, Don't you think that James is too busy with collage? That the moderators are at vacations, or they have summer school work or else... We need to be patient with them, if you think the staff members aren't that good you can talk to the admins then.

They're humans,too.Don't think this forum is ran by bots.The forum isn't really that messy.It's pretty neat.I agree with Albert,they may be some glitches,but it's nothing.You're glow'll come back soon, and we'll all live happily ever after Razz

Thank you so much guys for understanding! Fairyness, if you want some proof of how many summer homeworks I've got/done/barely slept on, then I would be more than glad to take some pics. Or I could upload now, but I won't. Anyways, thanks so much for you all understanding how busy we are even if the forum is sort of messy, I'm pretty sure I'm getting busier the more I get close to finishing my school times, but I do give my spare time in this place, so please stop erm....complaining.
