First topic message reminder :

Hello Everybody,
I'm Ameryliz and I love drawing. I already have one gallery with Winx related art and fanarts, but I was told that, if I want to post here my other works it's best to make another gallery here. And here it is!

In this gallery I'll be showing to You my other arts, among others, my OCs; Lilia Skelton and Sylwia Casterville.

I hope You'll be pleased of what You'll see here ^-^

To start, the newest artwork with my OCs (black haired is Lilia and red haired is Sylwia):

Silver Crest:

First design of my MLP OC, Silver Crest. As you can see she's a unicorn and she's a hairdresser. I don't have a full story for her, but she's going to be a pony from some smaller village who gets a chance to prove her skills in a big city, maybe Canterlot. Her family, after saving money for years, bought her her own hair studio.
The braid looks a bit stiff. I want her to give such a warm and gentle feeling, as Flutter Shy does, but I failed, I need to work on her eyes more. To make things worse, I can't come up with colour palette, I only know I want something light and pastel ;-;

Ah, I guess I can help you there.

As a former and maybe current huge Pegasister, I can assure you her braid looks perfect.It doesn't look stiff, it depends on how you'll color it.

As for her color palette, how does baby pink colored skin and really light yellow?If you don't like that you can do something else lol, it's just a suggestion.Also her Cutie Mark, what is it?

Baby pink and light yellow sounds great, but wouldn't it remind of Flutter Shy a bit? Her Cutie Mark! It's a first design and rough sketch so I guess it's hard to see ^-^;, but it's a silver comb. That's where her name comes from - Silver Crest ^-^

Okay so you want a different palette?Okay.

You can give her a light grey coat, and a light black for her hair?Her coat then reflects her name, Silver Crest, and light grey can be a good substitute for silver.I'm saying black for her hair because black compliments grey really well.But if you do this Silver won't look much colorful, then I can suggest you more palettes. Smile

The fourth one from the left is PERFECT for her coat.Her hair can be the first one from the left.Kudos to you Kat, this palette is so cute.

And I'd need one more colour for the little gem stone in her Cutie Mark and a ribbon, which I want to put in her braid...
