Hey there winx fans!
Not so much positivity right now cause we know we are being slow with a few things here and there but thats only cause of the fact we are short on staff at the moment. I kindly want to ask all members to please bear with us right now! Nevertheless, for now, let me tell you all about the new updates and updates that are coming up ... and inform you about our current staff situation.
NEW THEMES We 3 active administrators and the rest of the moderators have decided this forum needs more forum themes (looks). Jad is currently working on a way to have a Multi theme select option available on BIW soon. This means, if it all works out the way its suppose to, you guys will be seeing more forum themes incl a forum theme featuring the trix, the specialists and more! This also means the forum would have themes specificly designed for each one of the winx fairies. Something to look forward to!:excited:
NEW EMOTICONS 5 new emoticons on Believe in winx. Hopefully you will all enjoy them :magicattack: :brew::curse: :backtopic:
CONTACT FEATURES A new contact feature has been enabled in your profile options; Tumblr. Share your tumblr on the bottom of every post you make simply by adding it to your profile.
SHORT ON STAFF We are currently going through a tough time here on Believe in Winx. We've had to say goodbye to 3 moderators already(winxisawesome, sirenixprime and glitter) and maybe the number of moderators being demoted will increase. (demotion cause of staff inactivity / cause of people resigning). Not to mention the fact we are probably going to have to say goodbye to SibyllaJustice as well, very soon . As you all noticed, she hasn't been here for a long time and her staff activity before she dissapeared already was on a low level, meaning she can no longer be administrator/staff here unless she actually pops out of nowhere within the next few days with an explaination... Anyhow, we are now looking for new moderators to join our team and help to rebuild! We will be doing this the new way, as descriped in the FAQ. Though, if we really cannot make a decision on our own, a hiring moderator topic may reappear once again.
We want to thank all 3 moderators for all their hard work, time and effort that they put into this place! We still hope you to see them all around the forum!
NEW CHATBOX READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE A CHATBOX USER & BIW FORUM MEMBER
You all know how the current chatbox we have on the side on the forum is owned by james?(believe in winx owner) You also know he is not active on the forum , nor the chatbox? Well, cause of that , i came up with an idea that gladly jad and alex agreed on and think its worth a shot. Something that's perhaps not to your likes, to some of you but we are going to do this anyhow, for the sake of the forum. Doing this, means for us we can try to create a more safe and secure environment for our forum members cause we will have more control over this new chatbox , as we 3 admins, have got nothing basically with the current online chatbox.
Within the next few days, there will be A NEW CHATBOX ONLINE, ON THE FORUM ONLY. This means, our current one with the url believeinwinxforum.chatango.com will be removed from this forum and will be replaced with a new created chatbox (chatango as well). Also, this means the chatbox you are all using now^ will still remain its place on james his blog, obviously. Removing it from the forum we take back our responsiblity for its use and so we staff will only be focusing our attention on the new FORUM ONLY chatbox.
When the new chatbox is online on the side of our forum, we will no longer care for what happens inside the chatbox with the url believeinwinxforum.chatango.com, the one owned by jame. It will then only be available on his blog. THIS MEANS WE ALL SHOULD BE MOVING ON TO THE NEW CHATBOX ONCE ITS HERE, AS THAT WILL BE OUR ''FORUM'' CHATBOX. (of course non forum users are welcome to chat too)
Although we are going to have a new chatbox online on the forum, it doesn't mean you are forced to use it. If you want to chat in the chatbox james owns, sure, go ahead and knock yourself out. Just know that the chatbox won't be OUR CONCERN anymore!! So, once the new chatbox is up, do not even try to bother us any longer with stuff that happens inside ''believeinwinxforum.chatango.com''. If you have questions or concerns about the new forum only chatbox once its online, then sure, you are free to contact us at anytime you like! Repeating, ''believeinwinxforum.chatango.com'' will no longer fall under believe in winx forum its wings, once the new chatbox is online.
We highly suggest all forum users move on to the new forum only chatbox once its online and do all your same chatty & fun in there.
p.s. Yes, A fresh new chatbox means we need new ''fresh'' and ''fair'' people to moderate it! Way ahead of you people and not to worry cause our lovely Loxa, Michelle and Jad will be our Chatbox Moderators!

Oh yes.. Um can it be something else besides chatango? I mean even when we make accounts we get pms from these weird annoying perverted people and i'm really tired and annoyed of keeping on blocking them.. I mean I blocked one but he unblocked himself like magic.. :3

i wanted to have a cbox on the forum but that turned out to be a ''no'' because only premium cbox accounts can have moderators in the chat. Meaning, we do have to pay real money to get a premium cbox and yeah.... thats not going to happen. I tried to look around for something else thats better than chatango but got nothing. I only stumbled on stuff that takes up way too much time for me to figure out how it works, so chatango is the only option left.
That you somehow, get such pm messages ain't really our concern unless the messages would be sent by someone that is a forum member or chats in the actuall winx chatbox on the forum then. In other words, you just should leave the private message option on chatango alone and ignore every message you get.... I don't see any other solution for you there.
also, i forgot to mention earlier in the announcement.
if we see later on , people do not care for the new chatbox, the chatbox option will then eventually be removed permanently. Meaning, this is our last try to have a more ''cosy'' community throughout having a chatbox online here.

Di Zio, if I may suggest, I know a friend of mine who could help you concerning the chat box. I am not sure if he knows about forumotion so much but I can assure you he is very professional in his job and knows many stuff, like many. And nope he isn't a kid, he is an adult and knows his job.

Yeah well we don't really need drama.. :3 But we need the chatbox to get to know each other better.. I mean it where we socialize.. Yes a lot of bad things happened but we're okay now.
