Attempting to Post in the RP but something is stopping me

I was attempting to post on two threads in the RP when I received messages saying that I could not post.

Is there a reason for this?

Try clearing out your browser cache. This happened to me a while ago, but that seemed to do the trick.

If that doesn't work, try using a different browser to see if that's the problem. (the browser)

I went back, and I can post in the discussions topic, but I found that I cannot post in the question topic because it is under the rules and guidelines section.

I thought users could post there in such topics... Anyways I moved it to the main page.
