Private Messaging # of Posts?

Subject: Private Messaging # of Posts? Fri Apr 26, 2013 10:48 pm

Hi all,

I was wondering how much posts do I need to earn in order for me to send private message to friends?
(I looked everywhere and can't find the number of posts for messaging, not in FAQ either..)

Right now, I can't reply or send private messaging here. =S

I hope it's not 100 posts. It will take me awhile to get there since I'm a busy person. ^^"

I don't think you need a specific number of post count to send private messages to people, correct me if I'm wrong though. Maybe their inbox is full? Correct me if I'm wrong again, I'm not very familiar with forum-motion. What exactly does it say? Are there any errors?

Nope, no errors. When I clicked "Reply" or "Send a Message". It appears this information:

"You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages."

I have to reach a certain number of posts.
Anyone knows? Hope someone remembers? =)

Oh x: It's surely less than 100 though, I sent someone a private message with the post count of around 30, and another one around 20s or 10s. xD

i think you have to post at least 30 times before you send pm's

EDITED: It's definitely 10 Posts. Now I can PM. =)

Rita, the official required number of posts people need to be able to use pms is 5 POSTS
so not 10

not that you care anymore, haha <3 but just wanted to state that out.

thats kinda akward because in the admin panel it does state 5...
oh well, either way
10 aint much either

if people cant reach up to 10 then they arent a forum person anyways, right xD no need to use pms then
