Hey guys! This is the thread for discussing about the movie: Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief!

I really love Greek Mythologies, and this movie is awesome! Very Happy

Did you guys here that the second movie, The Sea of Monsters is coming out this August?
I know you guys heard that! And I am really excited to see the new movie!

Here's a fact about some mistakes they have made on the first movie:
1. Annabeth's hair should be blonde, not brunette.
2. Percy and Annabeth should be younger.

I have the DVD and all that, but I forgot what happens! So please bear with me if there are any mistakes!
Remember when we saw the god at the near ending of the movie? Was it just me, or was the gods BIGGER!?

Nah, joke, they did got bigger, they can change their sizes whenever they wanted. Smile

But anyways, did you see the deleted scenes?

I never saw that movie....I even forgot about it. i read the book though, it was interesting. There's also a sequel coming out.

Actually the Sequal is coming out and a Sequal to that Sequal is coming out. Razz

So basically 3 movies based on the first 3 books. Lol

Yeah, I totally agree that Annabeth should have Blonde hairs and gray eyes.. those are signs of her being Athena's daughter. And yeah, they should be 12 according to the 1st book. But I guess they just made it an adaption. But when I saw the trailer I noticed there's a blond girl. Have they re-dyed her hairs or something? Or is that someone else?

Its the same person, they re-dyed her hair, specifically at the second movie. But at the first movie, she was brunette. :3
Atleast they got to change her hair into blonde. Very Happy
