The past topics you are talking about was probably removed because of the same reason. We don't want people to see the episode yet. We need to wait for Sunday as the ratings may go up. At this rate, Winx Club may not have a chance for returning for a sixth season. Because people keep uploading these leaks, there's a high chance that the Winx Club ratings will decrease. Therefore we won't have season 6.
People will watch the episode today and on Sunday, they'll say "I've watched this already and I'm not gonna watch it again." We don't want that. It's best to wait for Sunday. Unless everyone re-watches it on Sunday, we may have no problem. But we all know that some people won't even bother since they have watched it a million times on their computers and mobile devices.
