In the peaceful realm of Harmonica a young couple arrive at the elegant world. A man is showing them around when suddenly the sky turns grey and it begins to thunder. First the Evilix come down from the sky then secondly a black mass which forms into Jonathan. He flies off into the southern village to get the core of harmony. At Ellia the students are busy chatting in the courtyard when a black energy ball forms. Adonia says its one of Ciara's void portals so they wonder what is happening. The void portal grows bigger and Aqua,Clarissa,Ciara,Tacy and Sahara as a Enchantix fairy come out of it. The students Of Ellia are all amazed to see Sahara's new fairy form with the flowing sparkly clothes,long braided hair and a pair of big sparkling wings. But they soon realise that something has happened to Sahara and Clarissa says she got blinded by Jonathan. But soon Miss Mella is there to ruin the excitement and tells them they have to explain why they ditched school. Aqua says that Sahara needs help. Miss Mella directs the girls to Miss Sparkla's office.

Once the girls arrived at the office Luna and the pixies come running to see what is happening. Luna is amazed at Sahara and says she'll have to study Enchantix more. Miss Sparkla tells them that Sahara has been blinded by Jonathan's evil spell but has also become a full fledged fairy. She can break Jonathan's spell with her fairy dust which is contained in a bottle around her neck and also on her wings. Sahara concentrates on her fairy dust which comes out of her wings. She makes it surround her,she lets it fall on her eyes and in a matter of seconds she can see. Sahara turns into her normal form and all the girls hug. Miss Mella says that since they ditched school they must be punished. There punishment will be to rearrange all the books in the restricted section of the library in alphabetical order without magic. Luna feels guilty for getting her friends in trouble.

Meanwhile the girls are hanging out in the courtyard where Clarissa is telling Aqua that she's got company. Aqua notices that Earthan is there. Earthan tells her that he is having a party to celebrate thousandth anniversary on Charisma,Earthan's home planet. He will tell everybody that he likes Aqua. Aqua says that they have detention so they might be late but Earthan says it Okay and goes back to Blue Tower. Back On Seria in Jonathan's hideout the Evilix are looking at the core of Harmony from Harmonica while Jonathan is looking at Aqua through his magic screen. Flame get angry at Jonathan saying that they took the magic from Seria,Lunaria and Harmonica but all he does is stare for ages at Aqua! Jonathan replies by saying he's studying her.

At Ellia the students are chatting about Sahara's new enchantix power when suddenly something sparks in the sky,a protective dome spreads around the school. Kaya,Ashling and Adonia are all amazed at the glowing red barrier. Miss Sparkla comes and tells the students to come to the meeting hall for a great meeting. She explains that Jonathan has attacked the world of Harmonica which Ashling is from. Ashling is feeling sad. Miss Mella put up the barrier to make sure incase Jonathan attacks the dome will protect everybody. They will not be allowed to exit the school without permission by Miss Mella. Clarissa is annoyed while Ciara says that she had a feeling that it would happen.

Soon the girls have to start girls are starting their detention with the pixies as an extra hand. They are not allowed to use magic and detention lasts until all the books are organized. Aqua is afraid that she might not be able to make it Earthan's party. Luna hates it when Miss Mella calls her by her full name Luana. Ciara trys picking up a book called 'Astrological Mysteries' but she realises that it is very heavy and the book throws itself at poor Sonna who gets thrown onto the floor. So the works starts the pixies pass the books to Sahara who puts them in alphabetical order. Tacy and Ciara open boxes of books,Luna and Aqua check the order and Clarissa polishes them. Tacy says that Aqua might be late for her party on Charisma. Luna decides to secretly study for her history lesson in a book called 'Charisma Curses'. Instead a monster comes out of the book and tries to hurt Luna.

Sahara and the pixies go make sure that no teachers are coming while the others transform into their charmix. The monster blasts some energy at Aqua who makes a diamond-shaped shield to stop the attack. Clarissa makes a wall of high powered air infront of the shelves to make sure the books don't get damaged. The monster hits Luna into a bookcase and some books fall down. Clarissa gets annoyed and tells Luna not to damage her air. She uses her tornado wrap to tie up the monster and Aqua blasts it with water beams to make it disappear. The girls detransform,Sahara comes back and Clarissa gets rid of her air wall.

On Charisma Sky is angry that Earthan is going to announce that he likes Aqua instead of her. Jonathan comes into her room and tells her if he gives Earthan some poison in a blue bottle he will turn dark and like her. Back at Ellia the girls are cleaning up the books Luna made fall. Aqua tells them that she needs help at the party because she does not know how to act like a princess. Luna,Sahara and Ciara offer to help because they are princesses.

Luna:First things first,walking elegantly *walks gracefully past the bookshelf*
Sahara:More like running,lol*giggles*
Tacy:Wow!
Clarissa:Sweet
Ciara:I learnt something from the people from the planet of Utopia,think about space and its helps
Aqua:Okay,Let me try*does a great start but then trips* Oops
Sahara:Now lets try bowing *bows quickly*
Luna:Sahara Please,Your a wild princess,Tacy show her
Tacy:*bows gracefully*
Aqua:Okay*bows but falls*
Later...
*Clarissa,Sahara,Tacy and Sahara are all sleeping*
Aqua:Phew, that's' enough princess training...
Clarissa:*wakes up* What time is it?....
Ciara:*also wakes up*6:30,Lets wakes up Sahara and Tacy*wakes Sahara*
Sahara:Sandy?Oh yeah were in the library...
Clarissa:Lets wake up Tacy,the pixies have already woken up
Luna:*shakes Tacy* She won't wake up!
Aqua:Tacy wake up!
Lily:Let me handle this,cover your ears *Everybody covers ears* TACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tacy:*wakes up* Oh Hi Lily
Luna:Were so late lets tidy!
*everybody tidies up and the song 'true friends' plays*
Ciara:Well Done,Were Clear!
Miss Mella: You certainly have,your detention is finished!
Ellix and pixies:Yay!!!
Miss Sparkla: Aqua meet me at your office I need to tell you something...
*Aqua goes to Miss Sparkla's office and sits down*
Miss Sparkla:There are things you need to know about Jonathan,things that connect him to you
Aqua:I think I remember...
Miss Sparkla:*makes hologram showing images of things* What you see here is the company of the second moon,made up of the most powerful fairies,good witches and sorcerers. They fought against the three ancient witches plus Jonathan. They created him out of a part of the Arctic Ocean, a dark part. Your parents,King Brandon and Queen Ebony lead the Company Of the Second Moon. As you know the three ancestral witches destroyed Hema but it was a long battle.
Aqua:Woh...How do you know all about this?
Miss Sparkla:I was part of the Company Of The Second Moon,with your parents and Darkin and Collsasa in that last fight. But we were trapped except your parents we watched as they sent Jonathan to the Zendarus Dimension but then there was a flash of light and they were gone.
Aqua:My parents are still alive somewhere,I know it,I can feel it in my heart! But only Jonathan knows what happened to them....
Miss Sparkla:Aqua,I warn you be careful!
Aqua:I will destroy him!
