The 4 Judges for this round will be:
Anya aka AwesomeSauce
Nessa aka Winxisawesome
Me aka DuncanSirenix14
Mich aka One&Only.WinxClub
(Ness Ness and Anya, Confirmz)

Rules
1.PM me, Anya,Nessa or Mich if you have a question! I don't like going to off topic.
2.No chatting whatsoever. I or will ask a mod to remove your spam
3.Don't diss other people's fanart
4.Also, judges choose a theme for example they choose Holidays theme, you have to make a Winxy Holidayish fanart
5.You have one week to complete a theme (might change)
6.To be in this comp you have to be pretty active.
7. Do not insult others' fanart.

THEME FOR THIS COMPETITION WILL BE:

Harmony with the Ocean

Your Graphic must consist the Winx in Harmonix; As many as you want.(You may add effects)

So in order for you to make your comp you cancel/lock ours? Did you even ask Sophie? Did you even ask any judge for permission? Are you freaking kidding me? -.-

^The old one is for the first challenge.
The reason why he locked it because there are many people spamming, chatting, and going off-topic in there...

Oh we did,He just needs to talk with Sophie about it because after all it's her idea and he locked her topic without the comp even finishing so it's unfair for her.
