It had been some time since Vincent found a place he liked (beside his homeland, Domino, of course). As his feet touched the snowy ground, he knew that he would like this place. His preference in magics of the cold made sure of that.

He noticed a figure rushing by him as he sat on an ice-covered rock. His face was masked by a slight curiosity as he spoke.

"So someone, or something, is following me? I'd best give them a welcome."

Ice Barrage

Vincent held up his hand, letting a stream of sharp icicles fly from it. They grew in size as the ice around him increased in power. He cackled as the figure ran away, having been injured by his attack.

"I feel invincible here! Aha!"
