Either Tritannus will let go of Daphne after stealing her powers, or the Winx will save her after defeating him or while fighting him in the Infinite Ocean. In the latter case then Daphne may help defeating Tritannus.

I predict that Tritannus will capture Daphne then Bloom will be super pissed off so she'll get a hand grenade and shove it down Tritannus's throat, that's just my prediction Razz

Well from what it appears it seems Bloom would either have to go through some trial to get to Daphne before saving her or they have to set aside going after Daphne or Bloom rushes in and either fails to get Daphne first try or finds a new strength or something.

The Winx are already doing the quest for Sirenix, so I don't think she'll get another new strength. I think she'll use Sirenix to save Daphne if she's still the prisoner of Tritannus after he has stolen her powers, in which case he may also use Daphne as a way of bargaining, somewhat as a hostage.
