Season 5 Italtian air date!

Hey I found a poster about Season 5 is gonna air. The poster is basically saying that its gonna air the 23 October its on Monday to Friday @ 7:20pm on RAI 2! If they do it Monday to Friday then it will be finished with Season really quickly! Very Happy

This is the right place to post this topic because this is news about season 5. I think Rai is airing 5 episodes a week because Nick started airing season 5 on August 26th and Rai is airing season 5 on October 23rd. Nick has had a very big head start in season 5 so Rai probably wants to catch up

Pretty sure a lot of peeps posted this. So yeah. But Like Ed said, They might do 5 eps a week to catch up with Nick.

Obviously, that's the plan, and by around the 6th or 7th episode, they'll have an episode air two days before the US airs it. Razz

By the end of November, we'll all be caught up to half of the season aired. I really hope Wikipedia is lying, and that the rest of the season isn't going to air until NEXT Fall of 2013.

Actually It is true. 1 hour CGI takes abt a year :U and we have 13 eps in CGI.
Well, It's just a rumour from somewhere I can't remember.

Then it's shocking to see TV shows in full CGI that contain about 50-60 episodes total. o-o I'm talking about shows like Jimmy Neutron & Back at the Barnyard for example. There's gotta be some quick trick. Or not, because if that were the case, there would be more CGI programs than what we have already.

Yeah. they had planned it really early so they Make the eps b4 they announce that they air it.

Hello, I'm Italian and I think it's my duty to give you the correct informations you.
I can say you that Rai policy and the other TV channels about cartoons and animes is different from Nick. Nick as in Japan broadcasts 1 episode a week, on the contrary Rai and other channels broadcast 5 episodes a week....it's normal. It's not about catching up with Nick. For example in Russia a channel is broacasting Season 2 of Angel's Friend, but when Mediaset will broadcast it....they will broadcast 5 episodes a week. In Italy the broadcasting is beginnig in October but by the end of November Italian audiance will have ended to see Winx Season 5, be sure of it because it has been the same for the past four seasons.
I think you have a lot to catch up, for example in US it started only now the publication of Italian ongoing monthly comic books, VizMedia is packing two comics in one...this month the Italian magazine is goin to publish the comics number 102. In addition to that we have also plenty of novels (more than 20 novels) as you have for Monster High. One of the novel is about a live action story. The show was called Winx on Ice in which a role was played also by our figure skater star Carolina Kostner. In Italy this show went in tour for the whole 2008, but it was broadcasted also in TV. In my opinion Nick should acquire the rights also of this show because it's a pity you can't see it.

Although, let's not forget, that American networks will also air episodes every weekday for some shows. For Nickelodeon, they broadcast Season 3 every weekday in the Fall last year, and it was literally for catch up. I actually don't believe Rai is playing catch up here either; we're all basically on the same level. And we're gonna end half the season in November anyway.
