I'm launching a new fan site called winxclub.cf. Right now my member count is pretty sad, less than 10  . I'm actively looking for both members and staffers to help me and my team in improving the site. So, if you're interested in being a part of something when it gets off the ground (you're part of the official first 100 members), come join me at http://winxclub.cf/
New members will get:
- almost instant activation, I'll make sure to activate you with priority
- access to beta features as they become available
- availability to shape site policies by suggesting improvements to workflows and guidelines.
- possibility to become either a global forum-specific moderator complete with training.
- access to create a member blog
- access to downloads center
- access to our live chat room
- and bragging rights saying you were one of the first.
Those who join and ask me to be a moderator will receive all member benefits PLUS:
- double PM storage
- 2 member blogs
- the usual suite of moderator tools
- and a good time. (not1)
All new members (those who don't ask to be mods), will receive upon our goal of 100 members reached a new rank yet to be defined called "Veteran" because you were the first 100 through the door. The Veteran title will more than likely come with extra privileges on-site than the member title does not come with. The first group of 100 are more than likely to have an influence on site design, protocols, workflows, etc which will help make or break the site for future members. I and my team are seeking input from outside the site and development team to make the site better. So if you've ever wanted to improve a website, now's your chance to shape the future of one of my projects :-)

The fine print: (note1) all members will have a good time so we would hope, this is why we are seeking outside input from the first 100 members (including moderators). Member count will be a total of all groups including staff.
