Medium Spell Water Whip-Lash:  Water Whip-Lash is an attack that water is used as a whip it is a range attack and sometimes it’s the best grabbing and pull them towards you in a seven feet range. Medium or Heavy damage.

Medium Spell Water Spray: A spray of water that has a range of eight feet.

Medium Spell Buff:  Rain Dance is a Buff that double any water attack in one minute. This spell is a field spell that works with other water types.  It decrees any fire type magic by seven percent.  It increase water type magic by seven percent.

Medium Spell Heal:  Water Injection is a spell that heals the group shallow injuries.

High Spell Water Shield: The water shield can last up to three minutes and can only be block four times.  The radius of the shield is sixteen inches.

Appearance: Skin color e4c48b (tan color),  Eye color ff0070 (magenta),  Hair color is black.

A white tank top shirt with red jeans.  She wears black steel toe boots, Red biker gloves, and belt to hold four smoke, three gas, and two flash grenades.

Her hair is straight shoulder length,  Her lip color is Magenta color, and has red nail polish.

Winx: Her hair goes down to her hips in a 50’s black dress with black fairy wings with no glitter or sparkles, Black biker gloves, Black short heel shoes, black nail polish, and black lipstick with a little bit of gloss.

Personality:  

-Sashi likes to use objects for distractions.

-Patience but she can get a bit sensitive if things go wrong. However she doesn't like a lot of people staring at her otherwise she gets nervous.

-If she has nothing to do she ask her roommates or friends to play any simple card game.  But if she doesn't know the person she gets shy in the process.

-She's not competitive like other fairies where they show off there greatness so she tends to stay in the crowed.

-She tends to get a bit worry sometimes when she makes bad decisions. She would get a few nightmares while sleeping if it was a super bad decision but it's quiet rare.

-She can get home sick but it is quiet rare.  

-She does some works out to relive stress. (weight lifting, dancing, cardio.)

History:  

In the year of 2000 May 27th, Sashi Rains was born to a world, filled with riches and desires. She was a baby princess.  

When Sashi turn to age seven my father wanted me to learn combat and use are traditional cane techniques.  It was highly required to defense without magic at the time. However my mother felt sick so she stayed in bed while me and the king train are close combat with cane.

When Sashi was six years of age, a baby girl was left at the castle gates by her mother. The queen and king felt this little girl needed a home and told their daughter they were adopting her, but they needed a name. Sashi would brain storm with her mother before settling on Shioju.

So when Sashi was nine years of age and her sister was six years of age. They both escaped from the guards and went beyond the castle grounds early in the morning where the sun hasn't risen yet. They kept playing in the woods until they discover the big tree on top of a hill.  When the sun rose from the sky it was so beautiful as they were close to the tree that was close to the edge.

A year has past and they went on to that same hill and saw something so beautiful.  The sun rose from the ground from a massive distance.  Sashi and Shioju sat on the cliff's edge as they gazed out onto the sky with it's bright colors, both looked so happy with what they had witnessed. As the hill began to shake like an earthquake. Sashi saw her sister falling off the cliff as she screamed out her name while she tried to reach her. Shioju hit her back on the tree roots as she closed her eyes. As the earthquake stopped Sashi quickly looked over the cliff as she saw her sister fainted.

But Sashi was so far away to reach her.  She felt some kind of weird feeling in her right arm and then it was sweating at that moment. She was scared and almost gets into a panic when her sister is slipping off the tree roots little by little.  Sashi realized something was wrong about her right arm as it turned into water and reacted to reached her sister in time before she falls off the roots.  She never had this experience before.  She knew it wasn't normal like her parents or anyone else, so she kept it hidden that day.

When Sashi turned 12, she got stealth training by one of her high royal guards. After weeks worth of training, she stumble upon that her mother is missing. So she went to her farther about the indecent however, her father told her that the queen is in the hospital. So the princess would sneak out of the castle to go see her, till she was caught at the age of 13.
 
The king noticed that his daughter was sneaking out, so he granted her permission with few extra guards to keep her company.

One year later on December 25th, the sisters, along with a guard escort from the king, head to the abandoned hospital.

As the sistes arrived at the room and entered, their mother spoke for several minutes about mystic beings with them.

Sashi gets a shock feeling on how she knows this as her mother tells her about the incident on the hill.  She also tells her about the knowledge of the water crystal that can see anything only on the planet Shilo.

Sashi then looks at the room as she feels bad for this place to be in.  It has lots of cobwebs and few spiders running around.  Dust everywhere like it wasn’t a clean place anymore. Even the bed had rust on it.  While the sisters look pretty gloomy.   However Sashi knows her father doesn't due charity because of his greed and selfish actions.

In the year 2015 is when Sashi and her sister went to the war summit.  Only two guards can go to the summit. However because of their 2014 years of training they were the best suited for this mission.  They both were the ones to entered their first war summit with the king their father.   There were princess and princes and a few kings and queens ready for the peace treaty.  About 20 realms agreed however a few witches has enter one of the most vile and cruel witch. A new enemy from the omega planet.  King of Shilo protected the a few realms but ending up in a tragic state.  Most of them were badly injured.  

When Sashi and her sister return to their home castle it's in ruins.  The only people that lived was a few civilians, butler, and a few extra guards.   Sashi and Shioju rushed to the hospital but there was only a big trend.  The only thing left was the doctor glasses.  We both went back to the castle and told that the queen and king has passed away. They told that the mission of the peace treaty is a success but the cost was too high of a price.  

In the year of 2016 the castle is still getting rebuild from the other realms to help out. Sashi and her sister thanked them for their efforts and glory.  The funeral was probably the hardest part.  Sashi is now age 16 and signed up for Alfea school to learn the ways of the gifted magic.  

Sashi packed all the stuff that she need for the trip.  She pack 20 sets of cloths, six pair of gloves, ten canes just to make sure she doesn’t have a lot of manna.  The taxi car has arrived to take her to magic.  The taxi person put her suitcase to the taxi trunk in the car.  The last moments till she returns. Sashi wave goodbye to her guards and her sister.  The taxi takes her to magics and it’s cold.   As Sashi stood there looking at the school she knew it wasn’t the end...

Updating strengths, personalities, spells, and history

This wasn't addressed. I'd advice to drop the special knight info for the sister since I don't see it as being relevant to the history. The guards staying outside is as well and it breaks the flow of what you are trying to present. If you say the sister enter the hospital while their guards stay outside to protect the building, then that wouldn't break the flow and would keep things tidy in one sentence.

NOTE: I will make two posts to prevent cluster and to keep the review simple . This is post number 1.

I'll start with the spells and make a breakdown on every part that needs fixing.

So basically the ball of water is 4 inches in radius, so I assume you're trying to say it is 8 inches in diameter and can be shot as far as 5 feet. That's a very short distance, making this spell extremely weak. However, you're free to keep it that way if that's how you intend the spell to be. 

Also, please remove the "Light damage" part because the way it's placed and written doesn't contribute to the spell's strength, considering you already defined it as a "Low" spell.

The damage should be solely physical damage, so please remove the part that says "Medium or heavy damage" as it depends on your OC's strength. However, if you intend this spell to deal magical damage instead of physical, please state so.

Doubles what? Damage? Increases what? Decreases what? Also, what is the range this spell has?

Since this is a group spell, what is the range of the spell? Also, what do you mean by "year 3 deep"?

Moving into strengths and weaknesses:
For Strengths: What do you mean great against fire? Fire attacks? Or she can sustain the heat of normal fires? Or something else?
For Weaknesses: EVERY human/creature whatsoever is weak to toxins unless they have a special ability. So therefore, this weakness is invalid. You can remove it or change it, up to you.

For her personality, there are multiple things that need to be changed.

Not all other fairies are competitive. You should reword this to better explain how she prefers to stay in the middle of the crowd. Being different from other fairies does not mean it's a personality trait.

Other than that, the personality needs more expanding. You barely spoke about her nice side (positive side) and focused mainly on her bad side (negative side). Please expand on both while mainly adding positive traits to her personality .

Why is the QUEEN in an abandoned hospital? That doesn't make sense. I understand that their father is selfish, but it would not make sense to place the QUEEN in an average room like normal people.

Reverse the order of these two paragraphs so that it's in chronological order.

If the King is too selfish and greedy to help a hospital in his realm, then why would he try to protect the other realms when he also has to protect his own? Or is the royal family more politically motivated in helping it's allies then it's own realm?
