Hai guys its me Maggie recently some of u have voted in my topic and i decided to start doing the tutorials.
Before i give my first tutorial lemme note some things:
If u want to know how i make any picture from my original fan art topic send it to me here and i will show u how the doge does it.
Please show what u did when i show u my tutorials. I will be really happy to see what u can pull off.
Note that for some part of the tutorials i will show u how to do it with an online editor.
If u guys want a photoshop tutorial tell me.
Now im gonna show u some info about the pictures:

I find my textures on google and zedge. That is a free app where i find some backgrounds.

First tutorial
What program we are using: Ipiccy.com
What I am going to show u how to do: an avatar
Example: 
Allright lets do dis.
Step one.
Find ur background. I will use dis:
Ok first you are going to have to choose "crop" and select dimentions 200x400
After that you can move around the selection and select which part of the background you want for avatar.
step two
After you crop the image you want to add some effects so it looks even more hd 
You must select sharpen and make the numbes whatever fits the image.
After that you click apply and your ready.
Step three
Adding the winx girl
Ok this part might be tricky to u so listen carefully
You go on the part of the editor with the blue layers laying on each other.
After that you must select the little image on the menu on the right.
It will ask you to agree to some terms. Just do what it says. 
After that you click on "upload photos" and you must add a PNG of the winx girl.
When your image is uploaded on the left menu you must drag it to the background and it will add itself.
You can resize it so it fits your picture.
When u click the picture you must click on "hue and saturation on the left menu
You bring up the saturation until you are satisfied with the result.
Step four
adding text
Allright now on the same layer thingy you must click the "T" button
It will lead you to a text menu. First you must move the "your text here" thingy over or under the image. When u do that u go to the left menu and start writing what u want on the white text editor.
Next you click the black box next to "color" and you click on the button next to the water drop. It will make your gradient text blue but you can change it to what you want.
After that you select a font and click the orange button on the top right and it is saved.
Step five
Effects
Now it will again lead you to the first button menu. You click on "hue saturation" and make the saturation up until u like how it looks. After that u click on "sharpen" for extra hd effect. Next u go on the chessboard button and select a texture of ur choice. I wont be using a texture for that picture. Then you go on the magic wand button and select an effect of your choice. For that picture I will be using "matte" effect and 'susan" effect,
Step six
Adding the reflection border
For that border you must click the button on the left next to textures. After that you click reflection and edit the settings if u want.
Step seven
resizing to correct size
Ok guys now that we added the border the picture got bigger. If we r using it as an avi we have to make it the correct size.
You go on the second button and select resize. Then u select height: 400 px
And ur done!
Step eight
Saving
U must go to the last button and save it as an PNG file so it saves it transperency!
Final result:
