Well you're only 11. My daughter hasn't learned that either. Her grade 1 teacher did have the class learn to be creative last year by having class pets (stuffies) pretend to do stuff. So they had to write about adventures. I learned creative writing in Grade 9 because my Grade 9/10 English teacher would have us write stories all the time! My grade 11 and my grade 12 teachers took it even further.
You also learn by doing not just by being taught in school. | |
