Blizzard Wave: (Offensive) Roselina fly's high up into the air and puts her hands in front of her, then speaking the words “Blizzard Wave!” shoots three magic balls of snow towards her victims encasing them all in snow. It fully works if there is a crowd of enemies.
Ice Dome: (Defensive) Roselina summons what appears to be an ice shield around her and her allies to protect them from harm. The ice dome can only protect for as long as Roselina isn’t attacked has her abilities drained somehow.
(Medium Spells)
Ice Daggers: (Offensive) Ability to summon ice shards from the sky to attack her enemies. It only works if she hasn’t used up too much magic.
White Out: (Defensive) She uses her powers to temporarily obscure her enemies vision…it only last’s for 30 minutes, or if she is injured.
Waterfall: (Offensive) Ability to summon a waterfall to wash away her enemies or create a temporary shield.
(Low Spells)
Ice Foot: (Offensive) Ability to shoot an ice ball at an enemy to freeze them into place. It only last’s for fifteen minutes, depending on the person’s magic level.
Snow Children: (Offensive) Ability to summon snowman to fight for her or her friends.It only works is she not severely injured.
Snow Shields: (Defensive) Pulling any arm up, Roselina spins it around forming only two snow shields. No more than two people at this time.

Appearance:
Human: Roselina stands firmly at six feet exact and weight of 186 and has a feminine body. Her main hair color is snow-white something obtained from her father genes, with streaks of blue, green thrown in at her tips while purple is on her bangs. Roselina hazel eyes are what she obtained from her mother as does her red luscious lips…which to where she applies her favorite pink lipstick.
For her clothing choice, being princess of Utoiona meant only the excellent clothing would be worn by the royal family. Roselina was always seen in frilly long white gowns, often with bright colorful diamonds, bows, or flowers sewn through the gowns and for shoes they had to be white crystal heels with small snowflakes somewhere on them. For her hair, it would be in either pigtails, braid or a bun, with some sort of snowflake built in or perhaps butterflies, flowers or whatever her parent’s wanted in her hair. But those were only worn if an important matter needed to be attended to with the whole family, a special invitation was sent, or if they were hosting a party.

On the days when Roselina don’t need to wear these items, she would be seen in stitched upskirts with the idea of snow somewhere on them, her shirts would often be frilly near the front region and either blue or white, and as for shoes they would be smaller versions of heels but this time being red…so she be somewhat different.When she wears these outfits Roselina hair is never up and she wears headbands to show off her different hair colors.
Fairy form: For Roselina fairy form, she closes her eyes and pulls up her arms slowly to reveal her clenghed fist's upside down. Then she slowly opens her fists to reveal a small snowflake, barely the size of a quarter, but visible enough to be seen by people and Roselina. As Roselina open’s her eyes, she blows softly and the snowflake float’s away far up into the sky and suddenly snowflakes start floating down, then more and more as Roselina closes her eyes again.

She then folds her arms into her chest and her outfit appears, a light blue sparkly skirt with small snowflakes on the bottom right hand side, and her shirt is sparkly sleeveless, her shoes vanish to become white high heels as her hair twists into a braid and white wings come out. The last item that completes her transformation is that small snowflake that floats down once more and fixes onto the bottom of her braid.
Strengths: Due to being born on a cold planet like Utoiona, Roselina can withstand semi-cold temperatures on other planets, and is somewhat resistant to ice spells. She is also strong-willed like her father, and when an ideal is spoken to which she believes in, there is no one or nothing that will stop her from speaking her mind.

Weaknesses: Though she is is use to the cold, Roselina is weak against fire spells, She is also terrible at archery, and is scared of spider's and needles.

Personality: Roselina is a brave, loyal and trustworthy to all her family and those she considers's friends. She loves telling spooky ghost stories or creating bizarre ice sculptures in random locations. In her eyes, if a person learned hard enough, anything is really possible. She loves going for going for swimming a lot, and often wishes she could be a mermaid.
But even though she is all these wonderful things, there are few things she isn't so grand at. Anything that involves spiders...Roselina will become extremely scared and start screaming until someone either bat's it away or gets her to their destination by walking her with her eyes closed. Boys are another fact of weakness, making herself become clumsy and run into random objects. There is also the case of her short-temper and high anxiety which makes her often bites her nails out of habit...something she has often tried breaking. She is not too fond of fire spells, and often is annoyed when people use those against her.

History: Roselina and her twin brother Rosel were born on the planet Utoiona inside the Crystal Palace to King Vicor and Queen Mirona.Growing up Utoiona both Roselina and her brother were always taught that just because they were royalty and were given the finest things in life like clothes, jewelry and food, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be thankful for all of it. It was the wonderous people who protected them and supplied them with all they have here and now. While these teachings were implanted on Roselina and she learned from them, her brother Rosel didn’t quite gain the same knowledge nor wanted to for that matter. He often bullied other’s who were lower than him and treated their subjects like dirt, where Roselina did not.For Roselina learning more and more, was what she lived for and wanted to be a great queen one day and beloved by her people.

Soon the twins were young children, growing farther and farther apart from each other, but Rosel was also growing farther apart from his family and people. Though they couldn’t speak to the king and queen about their son, Roselina often spoke for them speaking of the nasty things her brother often did to hurt them with. One day when Roselina and Rosel were celebrating their tenth birthday together, a young servant accidently spilled juice all over Rosel shoe, which in return made him very angry. He shouted and howled at her, making her cry and run away. Roselina ashamed at her brother’s outburst over something stupid and childish, somehow got angry and without knowing used an ice spell to freeze him into place. After being defrosted King Vicor and Queen Mirona decided, it be best to send Rosel away, to try and teach him the manner’s somehow they could not. Roselina watched from her window as he was walked out to be sent to Red Fountain.

Now Roselina and Rosel are of the young age of sixteen and this year Roselina will go to Alfea to learn of her powers and how to use them for the side of good and justice. As for her brother, Roselina has no knowledge of what has happened to her brother, for he has not been in contact with her since he left all those years ago, but that does not mean she doesn’t have hope for him.

You shouldn't have fixed it in the weakness, the weakness should be she's weak against fire and in the personality area it should be, she not very fond of fire element users.

This sounds like a high spell since you claim it takes up most of her magic to use.

Add in another personality vice that isn't caused by an external factor.
