How do you get above other ranks?

Is there a way to get to a different rank, or does someone have to give it to you? Can someone tell me? It would be rather helpful!!!! Laughing

I know what you mean. But that's why I capitalized the PNGs word. Because there are no PNGs released to the public. None of the Season 6 Transformations PNGs has been released (except for Tecna's and Stella's Bloomix. I am not sure when, but eh. You guys know Rainbow.
