how do I log in to my previous account if I had already created one before the chat was updated or do I have to create a completely new login? Help

Everyone calm down! i know it's hard to get use to the new chatbox but it's Safer.

okay so ima just give u guys the steps to make an account.

Steps:

there's 9 options that are called Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo!, Tumblr, Instagram, Vk (BKOHTAKTE), ChatWING, and Guest.
Okay if u don't have Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo!, Tumblr, Instagram, Vk (BKOHTAKTE), Okay ur still have the big box that says those names. Now if u don't have those ur left with ChatWING and Guest.
Click on ChatWING, okay so if you clicked ChatBox then a box should pop out!
That box is asking for Email and Password. But u don't have an account yet. Okay so Below the option that says "Log In" below that it says Register. Click on register.
When u click it it ask u the same thing! Email and Password. So ur gonna put ur Email and create ur password. Then click Register! register should be inside a blue box!
okay then the chatbox opens! Okay so u have as ur username your email! and u don't want that as ur username so ur gonna change it.
To change ur username do u see a Big arrow going to the right in other words a arrow that it's inside a gray box. okay so above that u should se 3 things! Click on the white cirlcle. now change ur name and enjoy ChatWING!

yeah lol it's because i got a message from a member so i notice that a member made a topic about it lol so i saw that other people were having problems so i wanted to help lol it didn't take away my time or anything hope they have fun with the new chatbox phil.

I had the same problems other people did.I made a new account and it got fixed.
