Winx Club 601: Inspiration of Sirenix!

It's better than Lilo, but doesn't really introduce the real plot and as Lilo could be good bonus episode or ova, but not necessary a great starter.

As for the music in the show- I turned my ears down long ago, so even without tuning of sound I don't hear it, and prefer it that way, cause when I tried all I found was a "trying to be catchy" very naive songs.
The opening isn't bad, but I was hoping for some real theme song that would last more than season as it was with the old "winx club" theme existing in all possible languages sang on same tune, or as with "we are the winx" which were just little adjusted, but which in my opinion is one best cartoon opening.

I like it was much about Daphne, but I'm more than a mixed bag about her appearance in general (all before she was i.e. taller than them all, and older...) and I was really hoping that she'd have some special transform.
I mean her sirenix isn't bad (actually is the prettiest of all), but it's sirenix- super uniformed and nearly same for everyone and since she's the nymph of Domino she could get something ... more and relating to her previous look...

Also the plot- more powerful than dragon flame monster peacefully sleeping in the deep ocean cave just ready to be awaken, and what was Valtor doing for entire season then and why was he wasting his time?
And is it me, or was it Daphne that told Bloom few seasons, that the power can't be taken away and that all one need is confidence... She forgot her own wisdom then?
Besides the most powerful in the whole episode was neither monster, nor Daphne, but the wooden door that stood the attack untouched, juts btw...

You make strong points though.

This show is lacking consistency. Not to mention adding more plot devices that just contradict what we get in Seasons 1-3. xD

About the first episode, it's kinda odd to me for some part, with the appearance of same old trix just gave me the thoughts of 'you again, witches ... dun u have any other more interesting to do other than just coming out of no where all the time?' haha
With Daphne here finally with her normal self again kinda gave a very fresh feeling ! And especially that the event take place in Bloom's kingdom which I have always been waiting for but not to mentioned that it is always everything about her.
With Daphne getting back her sirenix thanks to the winx kinda also make me to looking forward to her joining them in the next next episodes!
However, I think that 'Inspiration of Sirenix' is also an inspiring title ! Very Happy

Hm ... Back to the trix again, they kinda remind me of Team Rocket from Pokemon, grr...it's so annoying everytime the same villain pop-up! lol.
Oh...and the opening of the season it's so cool ! Totally luv it and 'wow'!
